Abstract
Metodo per evidenziare in vitro anticorpi antirecettore nicotinico dell'acetilcolina da fluidi biologici a mezzo di un imunosaggio caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere le fasi di:prelevare un campione di fluido biologico da un soggetto;incubare detto campione con un eccesso di molecole di recettore nicotinico dell'acetilcolina ottenute da linee cellulari coltivabili in vitro;rimuovere detto campione non legato a dette molecole di recettore nicotinico dell'acetilcolina;evidenziare la quantità di anticorpi legati a dette molecole di recettore nicotinico dell'acetilcolina a mezzo di un sistema di rivelazione non isotopico.
