Abstract

Un metodo per realizzare raccordi termofusibili di giunzione aventi nella parete un filo elettrico di riscaldamento, comprende le fasi di realizzare un elemento cavo in materiale termofusibile e arrotolare sulla sua superficie periferica il filo elettrico. Secondo il metodo il tratto di filo in arrotolamento viene riscaldato ad una temperatura sufficiente alla fusione del materiale dell'elemento cilindrico, così che tale tratto di filo affondi almeno parzialmente nella superficie periferica dell'elemento cavo. Un dispositivo per la produzione dei raccordi sopra detti è caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere mezzi (13, 15) di arrotolamento del filo (16) sulla superficie periferica dell'elemento cavo (10). Inoltre, mezzi di riscaldamento (19, 20, 24) sono posti lungo il percorso del filo (16) in arrotolamento per realizzare il suo riscaldamento e l'affondamento almeno parziale nella superficie periferica dell'elemento cavo.
