Abstract
Tampone abrasivo sintetico accoppiato, atto ad essere utilizzato nella pulizia manuale di pentole, stoviglie, attrezzi da cucina ed in generale nella rimozione delle incrostazioni da superfici lavabili, comprendente due strati di fibra abrasiva sintetica accoppiati tra loro mediante saldatura lungo il contorno; e relativo processo di fabbricazione continuo, che ha inizio con la produzione dell'ottava dalla materia prima in fiocco costituita da fibra poliammidica o poliestere, prosegue con la fase di produzione del rotolo di fibra abrasiva, la fase di accoppiamento di due strati di detta fibra, con eventuale interposizione di sapone, la fase di saldatura lungo linee che costituiranno il contorno dei tamponi e termina con il taglio della fibra accoppiata in singoli tamponi, taglio praticato lungo la mezzeria delle zone di saldatura.
