Abstract

Un forno verticale a vassoi che consente di regolare il tempo di permanenza dei pezzi in trattamento. Il forno comprende due ante contigue longitudinalmente ed è del tipo in cui ogni vassoio è costituito da un trasportatore a nastro motorizzabile messo in movimento per il carico e lo scarico dei pezzi da appositi gruppi di motorizzazione. La regolazione del tempo di permanenza viene effettuata trasferendo i pezzi in trattamento da una anta ascendente ad una anta discendente del forno tramite un secondo gruppo di motorizzazione atto a mettere in movimento una coppia di vassoi uno stesso piano intermedio del forno, diverso dal piano di carico e scarico.
