Description

DESCRIZIONE del brevetto per invenzione industriale:
La presente invenzione si riferisce ad un procedimento di unione o vincolo di un foglio flessibile ad un elemento nastriforme ed al relativo prodotto ottenuto.
In particolare, la presente invenzione riguarda un procedimento di vincolo di un foglio flessibile ad un elemento nastriforme in modo da realizzare ad esempio un telo atto a ricoprire porzioni di un veicolo in cui la porzione nastriforme è una porzione adesiva, o più in generale una porzione provvista di mezzi di vincolo alla carrozzeria del veicolo.
Attualmente, i produttori di autovetture, i concessionari e le rivendite di pezzi di ricambio dispongono di vari tipi di coperture per veicoli, atti ad essere utilizzati a scopo protettivo dagli eventi atmosferici, dagli atti vandalici e dagli urti accidentali; tali accessori proteggono la finitura esteriore e la carrozzeria dell'auto in sosta.
Lo stesso genere di coperture vengono normalmente utilizzate, inoltre, per preservare la vettura durante gli spostamenti della stessa, che devono essere necessariamente effettuati per condurla dalla fabbrica di produzione al rivenditore finale.
Tali teli o porzioni di teli sono vincolate alla carrozzeria del veicolo tramite i loro bordi, che sono infatti provvisti di elementi nastriformi solitamente incollati o cuciti al telo.
L'unione tra il foglio flessibile e l'elemento nastriforme sul bordo può presentare inconvenienti quando i due materiali non sono compatibili tra loro. Ad esempio, nel caso di un telo formato da un tessuto o da un tessuto non tessuto (TNT) che va vincolato su un lato di un elemento nastriforme, realizzato in polietilene avente il lato opposto a quello da associare al telo adesivo, atto a vincolarsi alla carrozzeria del veicolo, possono presentarsi problemi. Analoghi problemi di adesione possono essere ad esempio presenti nel caso in cuoi si debbano unire due fogli di polietilene o polipropilene, o ancora unire un foglio in cotone con un nastro di polietilene o tessuto non tessuto (TNT). La Richiedente ha realizzato un procedimento per l'unione di un foglio flessibile del tipo sopraindicato e un elemento nastriforme realizzati in materiali aventi caratteristiche molecolari non compatibili tra loro, ad esempio polipropilene con cotone, polipropilene con polipropilene stesso, polietilene con polipropilene, poliestere con cotone e cotoni tra loro. In particolare, il procedimento secondo al presente invenzione prevede l'interposizione di un listino tra le due parti da unire che si scoglie a caldo realizzando in tale modo il vincolo.
Un aspetto della presente invenzione riguarda un procedimento secondo la allegata rivendicazione 1. Un ulteriore aspetto della presente invenzione riguarda un telo copri veicolo secondo la allegata rivendicazione 3.
Ulteriori scopi e vantaggi della presente invenzione risulteranno chiari dalla descrizione che segue e dai disegni annessi, forniti a puro titolo di esempio esplicativo e non limitativo, in cui la figura 1 rappresenta schematicamente un esploso dell'unione tra un foglio flessibile, un listino ed un elemento nastriforme.
Con riferimento a tale figura un telo copri veicolo realizzato secondo il procedimento della presente invenzione comprende un foglio flessibile 2 ed un elemento nastriforme 3 che può essere associato a tutto o solamente a parte del bordo di tale foglio. Il vincolo tra le due parti viene realizzato tramite un listino 4 che si scoglie a caldo (tramite ultrasuoni, radiazioni ad alta frequenza, aria calda o cuneo) e determina il vincolo tra le due parti.
Il foglio flessibile può essere ad esempio una porzione di tessuto, di tessuto non tessuto (TNT), un laminato o un estruso realizzati in cotone, polietilene, polipropilene o poliestere.
L'elemento nastriforme può essere ad esempio un nastro adesivo, un nastro di tessuto, un foglio flessibile realizzato nei sopraccitati materiali.
Il listino che si interpone è realizzato in un materiale capace di sciogliersi a caldo ed ad operare da incollante tra le due parti. Ad esempio, adatti materiali possono essere listini di poliolefinici, poliuretanici, poliesteri e poliammidici.
Il procedimento di unione secondo la presente invenzione prevede le fasi di:
• predisporre su un foglio flessibile 2 una porzione 21, preferibilmente di bordo, sulla quale deve essere vincolata una corrispondente porzione 31 di un elemento nastriforme 3,
• interporre un listino 4 tra il foglio e l'elemento nastriforme in corrispondenza di tali porzioni 21 e 31,
• scaldare tali porzioni, in modo da determinare lo scioglimento di tale listino e quindi l'incollaggio dell'elemento nastriforme al foglio.
Il listino viene scaldato preferibilmente tramite una testina a ad ultrasuoni o tramite alta frequenza o tramite un flusso di ara calda o tramite un cuneo riscaldatore.

Claims (8)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Procedimento di unione di un foglio flessibile ad un elemento nastriforme caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere le fasi di: • predisporre su tale foglio flessibile (2) una porzione (21) sulla quale deve essere vincolata una corrispondente porzione (31) di tale elemento nastriforme (3), • interporre un listino (4) tra il foglio e l'elemento nastriforme in corrispondenza di tali porzioni (21,31), • scaldare tali porzioni, in modo da determinare lo scioglimento di tale listino e quindi l'incollaggio dell'elemento nastriforme al foglio flessibile.
  2. 2. Procedimento secondo la rivendicazione 1, in cui tale fase di scaldare il listino viene ottenuta invio di ultrasuoni o tramite tecnologia ad alta frequenza o tramite un flusso di ara calda.
  3. 3. Telo copri veicolo comprendente un foglio flessibile (2) ed un elemento nastriforme (3) associato ad almeno una porzione (21) di tale foglio, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere un listino (4) che si interpone tra il foglio e l'elemento nastriforme e che si scoglie a caldo determinando l'incollaggio tra le due parti.
