DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

La presente invenzione si riferisce ad una macchina lavastoviglie comprendente una guida per cestelli perfezionata. The present invention relates to a dishwashing machine comprising an improved basket guide.

Come macchina lavastoviglie si intende indicare in questa descrizione e nelle rivendicazioni che seguiranno una macchina preposta ad effettuare operazioni di lavaggio su stoviglie quali pentole, posate, vasellame, piatti e simili ad uso tipicamente domestico. A dishwasher machine is intended to indicate in this description and in the claims that follow a machine designed to carry out washing operations on dishes such as pots, cutlery, crockery, plates and the like for typically domestic use.

Le macchine lavastoviglie comprendono usualmente una vasca apribile frontalmente e chiusa da uno sportello, allâ€™interno della quale sono disposti degli irroratori che spruzzano acqua ed agenti di lavaggio sulle stoviglie poste allâ€™interno di due cestelli, uno superiore ed uno inferiore. Lâ€™idea alla base della presente invenzione Ã ̈ quella di predisporre una macchina lavastoviglie provvista di guide scorrevoli per il cestello inferiore, cosÃ¬ da mantenere questâ€™ultimo in condizione di impegno con la guida quando si trova in condizione estratta in appoggio sullo sportello. The idea behind the present invention is to prepare a dishwasher machine equipped with sliding guides for the lower basket, so as to keep the latter in a condition of engagement with the guide when it is in the extracted condition resting on the door.

La condizione di impegno implica che tra il cestello e la guida sussistano due gradi di vincolo, essendo permesso un solo grado di libertÃ , costituito dalla traslazione rigida del cestello rispetto alla guida in una direzione orizzontale. Si fa notare che in tal modo anche lâ€™intera guida mobile 52 ruota in modo solidale con il cestello 3, impedendo vantaggiosamente il disimpegno della guida dal cestello e rendendo piÃ¹ semplice il ritorno in posizione di lavoro. In questo modo una errata manovra di chiusura dello sportello con il cestello in condizione remota dalla vasca (sia essa una condizione di completa o parziale estrazione o una qualunque condizione in cui la coppia di ruote anteriori 41 appoggia ancora sullo sportello 3) provoca una sollecitazione alla guida 5, che si trasmette al supporto di sicurezza sganciabile 51a il quale si disimpegna a scatto dal supporto fisso 51b, evitando cosÃ¬ il danneggiamento di questâ€™ultimo o del tassello 51d o della guida mobile 52 e pertanto ovviando agli inconvenienti delle soluzioni note allo stato dellâ€™arte.
