Abstract

Apparecchio di vulcanizzazione comprendente un recipiente di vulcanizzazione richiudibile avente un coperchio di accesso sulla sua parte superiore ed uno stampo che deve essere inserito nel recipiente di vulcanizzazione. La lunghezza di un manicotto di gomma montato per ricoprire la cinghia di gomma non vulcanizzata (a) formata sulla circonferenza esterna dello stampo è dimensionato in modo da essere alquanto più lungo dell'altezza dello stampo per cui ambedue le estremità del manicotto di gomma, quando è montato in posizione di copertura, sporgono leggermente sia dall'estremità superiore che dall'estremità inferiore dello stampo. Una sede di contenimento è disposta nella parte inferiore del recipiente di vulcanizzazione ed una sede di compressione corrispondente alla sede di contenimento è montata sul coperchio di accesso attraverso un gruppo a cilindro, per cui la sede di compressione può essere abbassata e ritratta quando è necessario. Le strutture interne sia della sede di compressione che della sede di contenimento comprendono camicie di raffreddamento.
