Abstract

Metodo per la realizzazione di ruote dentate, secondo il quale una ruota dentata (2) atta ad ingranare con un relativo pignone (3) viene formata utilizzando un utensile (32) a disco presentante un bordo tagliente (38) esattamente uguale al profilo dei denti del pignone (3); l'utensile (32) viene posizionato in modo tale per cui il proprio bordo tagliente (38) coinciderebbe, in condizioni di ingranamento tra ruota (2) e pignone (3), con il profilo del dente del pignone (3) stesso, e viene ruotato attorno ad un asse (40) di basculamento ortogonale ad un proprio asse (35a) di rotazione; contemporaneamente alla movimentazione dell'utensile (32) attorno all'asse (40) di basculamento, la ruota (2) viene sia spostata in una direzione (11) ortogonale all'asse (35a) di rotazione dell'utensile (32), sia ruotata attorno ad un proprio asse (14) ortogonale alla direzione (11) stessa; il rapporto tra la velocità di rotazione della ruota (2) attorno al proprio asse (14) e dell'utensile (32) attorno all'asse di basculamento (40) essendo variabile al variare della posizione della zona di contatto tra utensile (32) e ruota (2).[Fig. 1].
