Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE DISCOS DE ENGRENAGEM DE UMA ENGRENAGEM PROGRESSIVAMENTE REGULáVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de discos de engrenagem para uma engrenagem progressivamente regulável, onde pelo menos um par de discos de engrenagem com sua superfície de transmissão é disposto de modo oposto entre si, que durante a operação da engrenagem estão em contato com fecho devido à força com um elemento de transmissão de força, em um dispositivo com pelo menos um fuso para peças a serem trabalhadas, e com um rebolo de esmerilamento o qual é acionado para o esmerilamento da superfície de transmissão de pelo menos um disco de engrenagem através de um fuso de esmerilamento. Durante o esmerilamento da superfície de transmissão é executado um movimento pendular relativo repetido, em relação ao fuso para peças a serem trabalhadas, radial entre o rebolo de esmerilamento e o disco de engrenagem, de modo que a área de esmerilamento do rebolo de esmerilamento se move em vaivém entre um raio interno e um raio externo da superfície de transmissão, sendo que o disco de engrenagem gira de tal modo por meio do fuso para peças a serem trabalhadas que toda a superfície de transmissão é esmerilada.
