Il modello di utilit? da me proposto, consiste nel preparato per crepe confezionato, prodotto con ingredienti naturali e freschi (latte fresco pastorizzato, uova, farina di grano tenero) secondo la ricetta tradizionale, con le dosi proporzionate alla quantit? necessaria ed infine confezionato in contenitori del tipo ?pure-pak? della Elopak comunemente usati per il latte fresco, che potranno essere di diversi formati a seconda dell?indirizzo commerciale a loro preposto, ad esempio: formato da ? litro per uso casalingo, da 1 litro a 5 litri per uso ristorati vo-alberghiero .
fi prodotto per la distribuzione e la conservazione seguir? le norme vigenti delle aziende latteo-casearee (in quanto sar? un prodotto fresco).
Eventuali sviluppi dello stesso saranno la possibilit? di creare una linea di gusti assortiti, aggiungendo al composto aromi naturali (vaniglia, limone, rhum, ....).

- RIVENDICAZIONI 1. La praticit? di ottenere in brevissimo tempo la crepe, senza l?ausilio di accessori alcuni (dal frigorifero alla padella).
- 2. Il basso costo del prodotto finito, quindi accessibile a tutti.
- 3. Un ampio raggio di mercato per la commercializzazione ad espansione illimitata.
