Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الراهن بعملية تستخدم لتكرير المواد الخام التي تحتوي على مكونات عضوية, مثل المواد الصلبة التي تحتوي على زيت و/أو قار bitumen، وبالتحديد الرمل الزيتي oil sand أو الرمل القيري tar sand أو الطفل الزيتي oil shale, حيث تشمل الخطوات التالية: - تزويد المواد الخام إلى مفاعل وفصل غازات الوقود عند درجة حرارة تتراوح من حوالي 300 إلى 1000 م، يفضل أن تتراوح من حوالي 500 إلى 800 م، - إدخال المواد الصلبة المتبقية في المفاعل التي تتضمن الجزء غير المتبخر من الهيدروكربونات الثقيلة heavy hydrocarbons إلى فرن، - حرق الهيدروكربونات الثقيلة hydrocarbons المتبقية في المواد الصلبة في الفرن عند درجة حرارة تتراوح من 600 إلى 1500 م، يفضل أن تتراوح من 700 إلى 900 م، - إعادة تدوير المواد الصلبة الساخنة من الفرن إلى المفاعل، حيث يـُفصل الجو المؤكسد للفرن عن جو المفاعل بواسطة أداة منع تسريب blocking device
