Further, Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 2582239 discloses that the outer surface of an oil storage tank is a convex curved surface, a corner portion connecting the convex curved surface to the upper surface is a curved surface, and the flat surface of the upper surface is a bottom plate. The length of the front revolving body is shorter than the length in the front-rear direction of the upper revolving body. It is described that it can be improved and that it has effects such as improvement in appearance.

Further, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. Sho 56-98624 discloses a tank in which a corner portion is formed into a curved surface. Further, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-157533 discloses a dam which is formed so that oil spilled around an oil supply port provided in the tank body does not diffuse to the surface of the tank body, has a bulge on the upper surface, and further has a dam. An opening is provided in the opening, and the oil that diffuses flows down from the opening to the ground.

In such a prior art, the structure disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 58-153253 has the effect of suppressing the roll due to vibration for the purpose. However, there is a problem that it lacks adaptability to the external design seen in recent construction machines. Further, the configuration shown by the above-mentioned Utility Model Registration No. 2582239 is effective in terms of design and is described as being effective in that the whole can be made thin, but the outer surface has a curved shape. Because of this, if the top surface is flat, it looks visibly hollow in the middle, has the disadvantage that it does not look good and makes the oil storage tank poor, and the top surface is spilled by fuel spills during refueling and the pool of car wash water. There is a problem of getting dirty.

[0007] Further, in the construction disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-157533, a weir is provided and inflated to prevent fuel spillage at the time of refueling from diffusing to the surface of the tank. Such a structure is effective in a small oil storage tank because a large amount of work is required for molding, and is uncommon because an oil storage tank of a type mounted on a swivel base is expensive.

Further, the outer surface of the oil storage tank is preferably formed so that the upper surface is formed as a gentle convex curved surface through the outer surface and the corner of the convex curved surface. Further, the convex curved surface of the upper surface of the outer surface is preferably formed so as to be lowered outward. In this case, in addition to visually enhancing the strength and improving the appearance design, there is an effect that the oil and the car wash water due to the oil leakage generated at the time of the oil supply flow more easily and the dirt is hardly generated. In addition, since the upper portion is formed to have a convex curved surface, there is an effect that it is difficult for the operator to be dented even if the operator goes up when performing maintenance. Further, there is an effect that the amount of accumulated snow during snowfall is reduced. Of course, at the time of manufacture, one plate can be formed by pressing and bending, so that an increase in cost can be avoided.

[0012] In the oil storage tank, a partition plate is preferably disposed inside. In this way, when the width of the oil storage tank in the width direction is large, not only the strength of the plate forming the outer surface can be increased, but also the fluctuation of the oil storage during the movement of the vehicle can be regulated, and the air due to the vibration can be restricted. This helps to prevent entanglement and prevent the effects on the equipment.

The outer surface 11 has a gentle convex curved surface from the end of the convex curved surface at the upper corner portion 12 to the lower end. The upper surface 13 is formed as a gentle convex curved surface from the upper corner portion 12 to the rear surface 14 side corner portion 15 like the outer surface 11. It should be noted that, with respect to the convex curved surface forming radius R of the outer side surface 11 and the convex curved surface forming radius R 'of the upper surface 13, the curved surface forming radius r of the outer corner portion 12 and the curved surface forming radius r' of the rear side corner portion 15 are provided. Is formed smaller. The outer surface 11
As shown in FIG. 1, when the radius R of the convex curved surface is equal to the curved surface forming the outer shape of the counterweight 5 and the cover 4 disposed at the rear part of the upper revolving structure 2, The overall design is unified and the aesthetics can be enhanced.

The convex curved surface of the upper surface 13 forming the outer surface is preferably formed so as to descend from the top to the outer surface 11 side. By doing so, car wash water or oil spilled at the time of refueling on the upper surface 13 does not flow outward and accumulates, and dirt can be hardly generated. In the figure, reference numeral 18 denotes an oil injection port to which a cap is attached.

The oil storage tank 10 according to the present embodiment having the above-described structure has an outer surface 11 and an upper surface 1 forming an outer surface after installation.
3 are both formed on a convex curved surface, so that when a wide surface is formed on a convex curved surface, it will not visually appear concave, and the overall strength will be felt, especially as described above. By aligning the outer surface of the cover 4 or the counterweight 5 with the curved surface, the appearance is unified and the aesthetic effect is improved.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, a partition plate 20 is attached to the inside of the oil storage tank 10 so that the oil received in the tank can It is possible to prevent swinging due to turning or vibration accompanying the traveling of the lower traveling body 1. As a result, it is possible to prevent air from being mixed into the oil, and there is an effect that the oil can be supplied without causing trouble due to air bubbles mixing into a portion supplied by a pump (not shown) connected to the oil storage tank 10. . Needless to say, the partitioning plate 20 is provided with a through hole 21 communicating with the suction side of the pump at a position not exposed to the oil surface.
