A terminal screw screwed into a screw hole having a counter sink on the side surface and a terminal screw having a convex curved end surface, the terminal plate being formed at one end of the sheet metal forming the terminal frame so that the distal end is closer to the base. Also, by mating the widened connecting protrusion and the connecting recess formed at the other end, the ends of the sheet metal are unevenly connected to each other, and a portion for holding the electric wire between the end surface and the terminal screw. A cross section along the opening face of the terminal frame is curved in the same direction as the tip face of the terminal screw, and a holding face is formed in which the distance from the tip face of the terminal screw at the intermediate portion is set to be equal to or greater than the distance at both ends. Is what it is. According to this configuration, since the terminal frame is formed of sheet metal, compared to a case where the terminal frame is formed by cutting, there is no waste of material and the manufacturing is easy, and the terminal screws are screwed. Since the countersink is provided in the screw hole to be combined, it is possible to increase the screwing amount between the terminal frame and the terminal screw as compared with the case where the countersink is not provided,
Terminal screws can be securely tightened. The tip surface of the terminal screw is a convex curved surface, and the holding surface facing the tip surface of the terminal screw is curved in the same direction as the tip surface of the terminal screw, and the distance from the tip surface of the terminal screw at the intermediate portion is both ends. Since the distance is set to be equal to or greater than the distance in the part, not only when a single core wire is used as the electric wire, but also when a stranded wire is used as the electric wire, the strand of the stranded wire is difficult to spread, and is sandwiched between the terminal screw and the holding surface. It becomes possible.

From the bases of both side surfaces 1fa of the T-shaped vertical piece, a connecting surface 1fb extends rightward and leftward in the figure, respectively, orthogonally to each side surface 1fa, and a downward direction from the outer end of each connecting surface 1fb. The engagement surface 1fc is extended. Further, from the lower end of each meshing surface 1fc, a locking surface 1fd which is inclined downward in the drawing toward the opening surface of the terminal frame 1 is extended. That is, the locking surface 1fd is inclined toward the opening surface of the terminal frame 1 so as to approach the distal end side of the coupling protrusion 1c. In addition, from the lower ends of both side surfaces 1fa of the vertical piece of the coupling convex portion 1c, meshing surfaces 1fe that are inclined upward toward the left and right in the figure are formed.

Even if a force is applied, the engagement surface 1fe prevents the coupling convex portion 1c from moving in a direction to come out of the coupling concave portion 1d. At this time, the coupling recess 1
d receives the force from the coupling convex portion 1c, so that the coupling concave portion 1d
Is caused to open the mouth, but the locking surface 1f
Since d intersects the direction of the stress F at an angle close to a right angle, the locking surface 1fd receives the stress F, and the opening of the coupling recess 1d due to the stress F can be prevented. Moreover, since the engagement surface 1fc is formed to prevent the coupling recess 1d from opening to the left and right,
This also prevents opening of the coupling recess 1d.

Important points are crushed in the thickness direction of the sheet metal forming the terminal frame 1. Thereby, the butting surface 1f
Since the crushed portions are pressed against each other and the butted surface 1f of the sheet metal is difficult to separate, the coupling convex portion 1c and the coupling concave portion 1d do not move with each other, and the opening of the coupling concave portion 1d can be more reliably prevented. . The place to be crushed may be appropriately selected. For example, as shown by a circle in FIG. 14, small areas may be crushed at many places, or a wide area may be crushed at a small number of places as shown by A in FIG. I just need.

A terminal screw that is screwed into a screw hole having a tip end surface and has a convex curved surface, and is protruded at one end of a sheet metal forming a terminal frame, and the tip end portion is wider than the base portion. The ends of the sheet metal are unevenly coupled to each other by engaging the coupling convex portion with the coupling concave portion formed at the other end, and an opening of the terminal frame is provided at a portion where the electric wire is sandwiched between the terminal portion and the tip end surface of the terminal screw. A cross-section along the surface is curved in the same direction as the distal end surface of the terminal screw, and a holding surface is formed in which a distance from the distal end surface of the terminal screw at the intermediate portion is set to be equal to or greater than a distance at both end portions, Since the terminal frame is made of sheet metal, cut the terminal frame Compared to the case of forming by a process, there is an advantage that the material is not wasted and the manufacturing is easy, and since the counter sink is provided in the screw hole into which the terminal screw is screwed, no counter sink is provided. As compared with the case, the screwing amount between the terminal frame and the terminal screw can be increased, and there is an advantage that the terminal screw can be firmly tightened. It has the advantage that it becomes possible.
