As a result, it is difficult to stably form a bag-shaped portion having a required strength, for example, the bonding margin of the sealing rubber sheet itself becomes too small, resulting in poor bonding or insufficient bonding strength. In addition, the application of the release agent reduces the work efficiency during tire production, but also causes variations in the application thickness of the release agent, and sometimes a portion that does not peel off is partially formed in the bag-shaped portion. Also, problems such as non-uniform filling of the puncture sealant are likely to occur.

An adhesive portion 5a is formed integrally with the inner liner rubber 12, for example, by vulcanization.
The width L0 of each bonding portion 5a is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 4.0 to 10.0 mm, more preferably 5.
It is desirable to set it to 0 to 7.0 mm. If the width L0 of the bonding portion 5a is smaller than 4.0 mm, the bonding strength tends to decrease relatively.
There is a tendency that the filling width of the sealing agent 6 is unnecessarily reduced. Note that the “tread inner region Y” means a region on the tire cavity surface sandwiched by normals N, N erected on the tread surface 2S at the tread edge Te.

When the thickness is less than 0.5 mm, the strength is relatively insufficient, for example, the sealing effect of the sealing agent 6 is reduced, and it is difficult to uniformly apply the tire filling internal pressure to the sealing agent 6. It tends to be. Conversely, if the thickness of the sealing rubber sheet 5 exceeds 2.0 mm, an unnecessary increase in tire weight tends to occur. From such a viewpoint, the thickness of the sealing rubber sheet 5 is, for example, 1.0 to 1.0.
1.5 mm is particularly preferred.

A non-adhesive portion 5b that is prevented from adhering to the inner liner rubber 12 is formed by the interposition of the inner liner rubber 12, and a non-adhesive portion 5b is formed in a bag-like portion between the inner liner rubber 12 and the sealing rubber sheet 5 formed by the non-adhesive portion 5b. The sealant 6 is sealed and kept airtight, for example. As shown in FIG. 2, the adhesion-preventing sheet 13 is a small-width adhesion-preventing tape 1.
One of the features is that 4 is formed by spirally winding in the tire circumferential direction with overlapping portions 16 whose side edges 14e overlap each other.

First, as shown in FIG. 8 (A), when the anti-adhesion sheet 13 is formed of a wide sheet material having one rubber releasing property, the winding start end S1 of the anti-adhesion sheet and the winding end A lap joint j whose end S2 overlaps in the tire radial direction is provided and wound around the sealing rubber sheet 5 to form a tire raw cover. When such a green cover is vulcanized, the adhesion-preventing sheet 1 is subjected to expansion deformation during vulcanization.
No. 3 usually has no tackiness and has a smaller elongation ratio than rubber, so that as shown in FIG. Occurs.

The sealing rubber sheet 5 and the sealing rubber sheet 5 are pressed by the pressure at the time of vulcanization and are in close contact with each other, so that the sliding movement of the winding start end S1 and the portion of the sealing rubber sheet 5 in close contact with the winding start end S1 Is locally subjected to a large tensile force in the tire circumferential direction, and a concave portion D or the like in which the thickness of the sealing rubber sheet is locally and excessively reduced is formed, and the sealing rubber sheet 5 is torn. There is a problem that causes the above.

As a result, the specific overlapping spliced portion j as described above is not formed as the anti-adhesive sheet 13. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a large slip between the adhesion-preventing sheets and the like which have occurred at the lap joint portion, and to expand the adhesion-preventing tape 14 as a whole to cope with the expansion deformation, so that the sealing rubber sheet 5

A required and sufficient elongation performance can be obtained by setting the thickness to about 5 mm, for example, about 0.1 mm. Further, instead of such a polyfluoroethylene resin, for example, a nylon film or the like can be used as an inexpensive material for the adhesion preventing tape 14. As the nylon film, for example, a film mainly made of nylon 6 (trade name “Reifan N”)

As a result, the bonding strength of the bag-shaped portion can be increased and stabilized, and the width of the non-bonded portion, that is, the volume of the bag-shaped portion into which the sealing agent is injected is not varied. A pneumatic tire having a uniform thickness of the sealant layer can be easily manufactured. The above-mentioned anti-adhesion sheet includes an anti-adhesion tape spiral winding step in which the anti-adhesion tape is formed by spirally winding a small-width anti-adhesion tape in a circumferential direction of the tire with overlapping portions having side edges overlapping each other. For this reason, a specific overlap splicing portion is not formed as the adhesion preventing sheet, and large slippage between the adhesion preventing sheets, which tends to occur at the overlapping splicing portion of the adhesion preventing sheet, can be effectively suppressed. As a result, the thickness of the sealing rubber sheet becomes non-uniform, such as being able to cope with expansion deformation during vulcanization by stretching the anti-adhesion tape entirely and uniformly, and tearing due to thinning occurs. A pneumatic tire that can effectively prevent the occurrence of a pneumatic tire can be manufactured.
