(57) [Problem] To provide a conventional electric heating floor heating panel, in a connection portion connecting a power supply line and a heating element inside a heating unit, the connection is incomplete, abnormal heat generation due to a defect occurs, and a problem such as scorching occurs. There is a risk. In addition, when a plurality of conventional floor heating panels are arranged adjacent to each other, the interval between the heating elements in the adjacent panels is wide, so that heat generation in an intermediate portion thereof is insufficient and temperature unevenness occurs. SOLUTION: An electrode wire of a surface heating element is connected to a power supply line via a lead wire with a temperature fuse on one side and a lead wire on the other side. One or more thermal fuses are arranged in the vicinity of the connection portion of the connection space, particularly in the central portion, so as to be blown when abnormal heating or the like occurs in the connection portion. In addition, by this, abnormal heat generation of connection part is sensed sharply,
Electricity can be cut off. When two such heating elements are arranged with their lead wires facing each other, both ends of such a surface heating unit have a heating area extending to the end, and the surface heating unit is heated to the floor. When arranged on a panel, it is possible to reduce temperature unevenness between adjacent panels.

There have been reports of accidents such as heat generation and sparks in the part, resulting in burning of flooring. In addition, by installing a thermal fuse or the like on or close to the heating element, the heating element is always heated to 50 to 80 ° C., so that deterioration due to heat is promoted and there is a risk that the function of the heating element may be impaired. Therefore, it is necessary to have a structure and a mechanism to ensure such safety and prevent serious accidents before they occur.
