(57) [Problem] To provide a standing pouch that can be manufactured at low cost and can safely and effectively pour out contents. SOLUTION: This standing pouch is a self-standing container having a body portion and a bottom portion, in which a bottom sheet member can be spread and stably upright by filling contents, and has a spout at the bottom portion. The above-mentioned standing pouch in which a trunk portion and a bottom portion are formed by bonding a trunk portion sheet member and a bottom portion sheet member to seal portions of both members. The spout is formed by bending the bottom sheet member from its center line of symmetry, cutting the line sheet symmetrically so as to leave a projection forming the spout, and heat-sealing a seal portion along the cut portion. And the standing pouch having a bottom formed at the same time. The above-mentioned standing pouch, in which a spout is attached by heat bonding with a plastic molded cap sandwiched between two bottom sheet members.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a standing pouch (self-standing bag container) used for hermetically packaging contents having fluidity such as liquids, viscous substances, and powders. The present invention relates to a standing pouch provided with a spout at the bottom so that it can be easily transferred to another container.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional standing pouch is used as a three-dimensional container by giving a soft packaging material such as a plastic film a self-supporting property, and is widely used particularly for liquids and powders. Opening methods for removing the contents from the pouch include "cutting the upper part of the standing pouch", "cutting the corner of the upper seal", and "providing a spout with a cap such as a plastic molded product on the top". and so on.

[0003] However, the method of cutting off the upper part of the standing pouch has a problem that the content easily overflows from the upper part when held by hand, such as when the content is liquid, because the standing pouch is soft. In addition, the method of cutting off the corner of the upper seal portion is less likely to overflow the contents than the above-described method, but since the opening is narrower, the films near the opening are more likely to adhere to each other, and the flow is stable until the end. There is a problem that it is difficult to pour out, and in order to pour out to the end, the container must be pressed out by hand. In addition, all conventional methods have a spout at the top or upper corner, so when pouring a viscous substance, it is necessary to push up the viscous substance accumulated at the bottom while pressing it upwards and squeeze it out. There is.

In one aspect, the present invention provides a spout that is cut line-symmetrically so that the bottom sheet member is bent from its center line of symmetry so as to leave a projection forming the spout. The present invention relates to the standing pouch, which is formed by heat-sealing a sealing portion along the standing portion and at the same time, a bottom portion is formed. In another aspect, the present invention provides a method in which a spout is sandwiched between two bottom sheet members with a plastic molded cap serving as a spout sandwiched between the two bottom sheet members. The present invention relates to the above-mentioned standing pouch formed by bonding and attaching, and having a bottom portion formed by heat-sealing end sealing portions of two bottom sheet members connected to the cap. By having the above structure, the standing pouch of the present invention can be easily filled with the contents, and after filling, for example, the bottom portion can be expanded and stabilized independently by opening the gusset portion. Can be easily held, and the operation of pouring out is also easy.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The standing pouch having a spout at the bottom of the present invention is not particularly limited in structure as long as it has a body and a bottom, and the bottom can be expanded and erect by filling contents. Instead, for example, the body and the bottom may be formed as an integrated body, or the body and the bottom may be joined to form an integral body. In addition, the shape of the spout and the method of attaching to the bottom are not limited. One method of forming the main body of the standing pouch is that a bottom portion is formed in a gusset form in which a sheet member is folded inward, and it is integrated with a lower end portion of a body member by, for example, heat sealing, and is integrated. The joint is shaped, for example, curved, so that it can be spread by filling the filling. The body member may be formed into a tubular shape by heat sealing the two side edges of the two sheets, or a tubular shape may be used in advance. The spout can be formed at the bottom of the main body, preferably at the center thereof, for example, as described below.

[0008] In one aspect, the spout of the present invention comprises:
In a state where the bottom sheet member is bent from its central symmetry line, it is cut line-symmetrically so as to leave a projection forming a spout,
It is formed by heat-sealing a seal portion along the cut portion. As another mode, the spout is attached by thermally bonding the cap to an end of the two bottom sheet members in a state where a plastic molded cap serving as the spout is sandwiched between the two bottom sheet members. Formed. In the latter case, the spout can be formed by removing the cap. Further, at the tip of the former protrusion forming the spout, a cutting assisting means for cutting in the lateral direction and opening the opening may be provided.

The standing pouch having such a structure is open at the top, and has, at the bottom, a bottom surface composed of a bottom sheet member folded inward, and a trunk sheet member constituting the bottom sheet member and the trunk. It has a heat-sealed leg (a heat-sealed portion at the bottom and body) and a downwardly projecting heat-seal pattern formed at the center of the heat-sealed bottom folded portion. Alternatively, a plastic molded cap may be provided instead of the protruding heat seal pattern. For this reason, even when filling contents such as liquid, after filling from the top like a normal standing pouch, the upper part can be sealed, and the use of the standing pouch after filling the contents is done with the bottom part up By cutting off the tip of the projecting spout provided at the bottom, the spout is opened, and the contents can be poured safely and easily. In the case of a plastic molded cap, the spout is opened by removing the cap, and the cap can be poured in the same manner. In addition, when opening the spout, it is preferable that the bottom of the standing pouch is opened with the bottom thereof facing upward, and that the top of the standing pouch is rolled vertically and held by hand to pour out, from the viewpoint of safe pouring out. .

Next, a method for manufacturing the standing pouch of the present invention will be described. The difference between the standing pouch of the present invention and the conventional standing pouch is that a heat-sealed fold at the bottom, preferably a downward projecting portion for forming a spout at the center thereof, is provided.
The edges of the protruding portions are heat-sealed. Further, it is also possible to provide a cut-out assisting means at the tip of the protruding portion for cutting and opening in the lateral direction. Further, the spout at the bottom may be formed by thermally bonding a plastic molding cap. The above-mentioned auxiliary means for cutting is not particularly limited, and any auxiliary means for cutting the tip of the protruding portion in the lateral direction and providing an opening may be used. For example, a method of forming a perforation in the cutout portion or providing a cutout can be used. The shapes of the convex spout and the plastic molding cap are not particularly specified, and may be any shape depending on the size and contents of the standing pouch.

As described above, according to the standing pouch according to the present invention, the contents can be easily filled from the upper wide opening regardless of the liquid or the viscous body, and provided at the bottom when used. There is an effect that the contents can be safely and easily poured out from the set spout. In addition, by providing a plastic molding cap, the contents can be repeatedly sealed, and even when used repeatedly, the contents are stored at the bottom by their own weight, so even if the contents are small, it is possible to reach the spout by hand. It can be easily poured without pushing up.
