A decorative sheet in which a base sheet made of a resin sheet or the like is subjected to pattern printing and embossing to form a concavo-convex pattern, and the concave portions of the concavo-convex pattern are filled with coloring ink by wiping (Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-14312, etc.) ) Is laminated on a metal substrate with an adhesive to produce a decorative metal plate. A method for producing a decorative metal plate by directly printing a normal pattern and a pattern visually visible in a concave portion with ink containing a matting agent on a metal substrate. On the surface of the metal substrate, a resin layer is formed by painting or laminating a sheet, and the embossing plate is pressed against the surface of the resin layer, and when embossing a concavo-convex pattern, ink is previously attached to the convex portions of the embossing plate. A manufacturing method of forming a decorative metal plate by forming a picture pattern accurately tuned in a concave portion of a concave and convex pattern by pressing in a pressed state. The method of synchronizing the pattern and the concavo-convex pattern is a so-called valley print method (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-15289).

The pattern and the pattern do not synchronize (the register is not correct). Further, there is also a problem that a part of the concavo-convex pattern returns to a flat surface due to the heat when the decorative sheet is attached to the metal substrate and the release of the residual stress of the sheet. Further, in the above-described manufacturing method, even if a feeling of unevenness is obtained visually, since the surface is still flat, the reproducibility (expressive power) of the uneven pattern is still lower than that in the case of actually having unevenness. Insufficient in design.
Further, in the above manufacturing method, when the substrate to be embossed is formed of a laminate including a hard material such as a metal substrate as in the present invention, there is no problem as long as only a shallow uneven pattern that does not reach the metal substrate is formed. . However, when the uneven pattern reaching the metal substrate is formed, the ink is sandwiched between the hard metal substrate and the hard embossing plate, is squeezed out from the concave portion of the uneven pattern, and bleeds around the concave portion, or in the concave portion. There is a disadvantage that the density of the ink becomes thin or that the ink transfer becomes uneven.

An object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method that does not cause uneven ink transfer of a pattern.

In addition, since the uneven pattern can reach the metal substrate, the expressiveness of the uneven pattern is excellent. Furthermore,
The ink of the picture pattern is squeezed out from the concave portion of the concave and convex pattern and bleeds around the concave portion, or the concentration in the concave portion is reduced,
No ink transfer unevenness occurs. Therefore, a decorative metal plate of high quality with a high design can be obtained.

For example, a single sheet of a resin such as a polyester resin, a vinyl chloride resin, an acrylic resin, a polycarbonate resin, a polyolefin resin, and an ABS resin is preferred. A layer or a laminate of different resin sheets may be appropriately selected. When weather resistance is required, a resin sheet having weather resistance specifications may be used. In order to make the resin sheet weatherproof, for example, a resin containing an ultraviolet absorber or a light stabilizer is used.
In addition, as in the case of the resin sheet, the resin in the case where the resin layer is formed with the resin liquid can use the resins listed in the above list.

The embossing plate cylinder 21 and the embossing impression cylinder 22 are both made of metal or ceramic made of iron or an iron alloy or the like.
B is a relationship between a male mold and a female mold (assuming that the embossing plate cylinder 21 is a male mold, the embossing impression cylinder 22 is a female mold). Although it differs according to the thickness of the body 3, it has a substantially inverted uneven shape. For this reason, when the laminate 3 is pressed with the embossing plate 21 from the resin layer side, which is the front side, in the state of the decorative metal plate, the uneven pattern 4A of the embossed plate cylinder 21 becomes the uneven pattern 4A reaching the metal substrate 1.
Becomes The embossing plate cylinder 21 and the embossing impression cylinder 22 are rotated in the opposite directions at the same speed and synchronously. The embossing plate cylinder 21 and the embossing impression cylinder 22 are pressed against each other by a known mechanism such as a hydraulic mechanism at a pressure necessary for embossing and mesh with each other. The embossing plate cylinder 21 is heated or cooled by an appropriate method as needed. The embossing plate cylinder 21 and the embossing impression cylinder 22 are preferably made of metal and hard. However, ceramics can be used as long as they have durability and mechanical strength.

However, in the present invention, since the embossing step and the printing step are performed as separate steps, the printing plate cylinder 23 does not need to use a hard material. Therefore, a soft material can be used in consideration of printing suitability such as ink transferability and plate life.
Therefore, preferably, as the printing plate cylinder 23 and the printing impression cylinder 24, the ink 5 to be printed on the concave portion 4f of the concavo-convex pattern 4 of the shaped laminate 3 is squeezed out from the concave portion 4f and spreads around the concave portion. It is desirable to use a soft material so that the density in the concave portion does not decrease and ink transfer unevenness does not occur. As the printing plate cylinder 23 or the printing impression cylinder 24 using a soft material, a printing plate cylinder in which the periphery of a metal core is covered with a resin such as silicone rubber, polyurethane rubber or the like, or a resin such as polyester or polyamide is preferable. For the hard embossing plate cylinder 21 (and the embossing impression cylinder 22),
In the printing process, the soft printing plate cylinder 23 (and the printing impression cylinder 2) are used.
By using 4), it is possible to achieve both good embossing moldability and good ink transferability to the concave portions of the embossed pattern due to embossing.

In this case, the rotation phase of the printing plate cylinder 23 is, of course, synchronized with the embossed concavo-convex pattern 4. In order to synchronize (register) the phase of rotation of the printing plate cylinder 23 with the concavo-convex pattern 4, the following may be performed.

What is necessary is just to rotate in the same direction and the same speed. (Morrochin, embossed impression cylinder 22 is embossed version cylinder 2
The printing impression cylinder 24 is rotated by the reverse rotation synchronized with 1 in the reverse rotation synchronized with the printing plate cylinder 23. Also, when the embossing step and the printing step are performed separately off-line, the concavo-convex pattern formed in the embossing step is
It may be used as a registration mark used in ordinary multicolor printing, and the registration mark may be printed in synchronization with the phase while being detected by a sensor such as a photoelectric tube. Of course, the concavo-convex pattern of the portion used as the registration mark is formed as a concavo-convex pattern of a shape exclusive for the registration mark (such as a cross-shaped register mark), for example, near the end in the width direction of the continuous belt-shaped laminate. May be. Even in the case where the phase is mechanically (or electrically) synchronized, the presence or absence of a phase shift is checked every one rotation (or a plurality of rotations) by using the above-mentioned registration mark together. When this occurs, the phase of the printing plate cylinder 23 (and the printing impression cylinder 24) may be returned to the origin, and the phase may be synchronized with high accuracy.

In order to form the same concavo-convex pattern on the printing plate cylinder and the printing impression cylinder, for example, prepare one original having a common pattern of the concavo-convex pattern and the picture pattern, and set the photosensitive plate on the embossing plate cylinder and the embossing impression cylinder. An uneven pattern corresponding to the pattern of the original is formed on a metal cylinder (or flat plate) by a photo-etching method using a resist, while a printing plate cylinder and a printing impression cylinder are provided with a photosensitive resin plate (printing impression cylinder is A material that is softer than the printing plate cylinder may be used) to form an uneven pattern according to the pattern of the original. The manuscript is
For the embossing and printing, the plate cylinder and the impression cylinder have a negative / positive relationship, but in actuality, the dimensional magnification is adjusted so that the relationship between the male and female types takes into account the thickness of the laminated body. It is a relationship pattern.

In addition, since the uneven pattern can reach the metal substrate, the expressiveness of the uneven pattern is excellent.
Further, there is no unevenness of ink transfer such that the ink of the picture pattern is squeezed out from the concave portion of the concave and convex pattern and bleeds around the concave portion, and the density in the concave portion is reduced. Therefore, a decorative metal plate of high quality with a high design can be obtained.
