Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下ステータ(8)と呼ぶ固定された部品に対して、以下ロータ(1)と呼 ぶ可動の、特に回転する物体を非接触支持するための磁気軸受であって、ロータ とステータの間に少なくとも一つの軸受隙間(4)を有し、ロータ磁石(3)ま たはステータ磁石(5)と呼ぶ、ロータとステータの磁気範囲が、軸受隙間のと ころで小さな間隔をおいて対向し、ステータ磁石がほぼ一平面内で自由に振動可 能にステータに固定され、この平面が軸受隙間(4)のところで対向するロータ 磁石(3)とステータ磁石(5)の磁石面に対して平行に向いている、磁気軸受 において、ステータ磁石(5)の振動運動を緩衝するために、ステータ(8)と ステータ磁石の間に、機械的な摩擦装置(6,10,11)が配置されているこ とを特徴とする磁気軸受。 2.以下ロータ(1)と呼ぶ可動の、特に回転する物体を非接触支持するための 磁気軸受において、 ロータとステータ(8)の間に少なくとも一つの軸受隙間(4)を有し、ロ ータ磁石(3)またはステータ磁石(5)と呼ぶ、ロータとステータの磁気範囲 が、軸受隙間のところで小さな間隔をおいて対向し、 ステータ磁石が曲げ弾性的な支持部材(7)によってステータ(8)に支持 され、この支持部材が軸受隙間(4)に対して垂直方向に動かないようにかつ軸 受隙間に対して平行に延びる振動平面内で弾性的に撓曲するように取付けられ、 ステータ磁石(5)とステータ(8)が、振動平面に対して垂直に向いた面 法線を有する、互いに摩擦連結的に接触する接触面を備え、 接触面の間の押圧力が摩擦力として、調節可能なばね力によって調節可能で あることを特徴とする磁気軸受。 3.機械的な摩擦装置(6,10,11)が互いに摩擦連結的に接触する2つの 接触面(10,11)を備え、この接触面の面法線がステータ磁石(5)の振動 平面に対して垂直に向いていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の磁気軸 受。 4.接触面の一方が滑らかな表面(11)を備え、他方がざらざらした表面(1 0)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の磁気軸受。 5.接触面(10,11)の間の摩擦力が摩擦装置によって調節可能であること を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の磁気軸受。 6.ざらざらした表面がステータ磁石(5)に固定連結され、滑らかな表面がス テータ(8)に定置されて固定されたばね(11)によって形成され、このばね が接触面のほぼ面法線の方向に弾性撓曲的に動くことを特徴とする請求項5記載 の磁気軸受。 7.摩擦力がばね(11)の調節可能な初期応力によって調節可能であることを 特徴とする請求項5または6記載の磁気軸受。 8.板ばね(11)が使用されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか 一つに記載の磁気軸受。 9.板ばね(11)の初期応力がその弾性的な端部を押圧することによって発生 させられることを特徴とする請求項8記載の磁気軸受。
