Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の組の突起(P3)を表面に備えた第1のエンボス加工用シリンダ(3) と、第2の組の突起(P5)を表面に備えた第2のエンボス加工用シリンダ(5) とを有し、上記二つのエンボス加工用シリンダがニップを形成し、またそれぞれ 第1、第2のエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)と共動する第1、第2の加圧ロ ーラ(7、9)を有し、第1の組の突起(P3)の幾つかが第2の組の突起(P5) の幾つかと一致し、第1の組の他の突起が第2の組の相応した突起とづれるよう に第1、第2の組の突起(P3、P5)が構成されるエンボス及びラミネート加工機 において、 上記二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)が、シリンダを同相に保たずそ れらのシリンダ間に僅かな相対をすべり生じさせる伝動手段によって機械的に結 合されていることを特徴とするエンボス及びラミネート加工機。 2.上記伝動手段が平滑なベルト伝動手段である請求の範囲1に記載のエンボス 及びラミネート加工機。 3.上記ベルト伝動手段が、上記二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)にキ ー止めされた二つのプーリー(55、57)及び駆動プーリー(51)の回りを走行す る単一ベルト(53)から成り、上記二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)を 逆方向に回転させるようにした請求の範囲1に記載のエンボス及びラミネート加 工機。 4.上記ベルトが平ベルトである請求の範囲2または3に記載のエンボス及びラ ミネート加工機。 5.第1の組の突起(P3)が、第1の整列方向(Lx3)において第1の間隔で設 けられ、また、第2の整列方向(Ly3)において第2の間隔で設けられ、上記第 1、第2の整列方向が0以外の角度(α)を成し、第2の組の突起(P5)が第3 の整列方向に上記第1の間隔で、また、第4の整列方向 (Lx5)に上記第2の間隔で配置され、上記第3、第4の整列方向が、上記第1 、第2の整列方向によって形成された角度(α)とほぼ等しい角度を成し、上記 第1の整列方向(Lx3)と上記第3の整列方向(Lx5)が、関連するエンボス加工 用シリンダの軸(A3、A5)に対して同方向に傾斜し、上記第1、第3の整列方向 (Lx3、Lx5)が、関連するエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)の軸(A3、A5)に 対して同じ傾斜(β3=β5)または異なる傾斜(β3、β5)を有する請求の範囲 1〜4のいずれかに記載のエンボス及びラミネート加工機。 6.第1の組の突起(P3)が、第1の整列方向(Lx3)に第1の間隔で、また、 第2の整列方向(Ly3)に第2の間隔で設けられ、上記第1、第2の整列方向が 0以外の角度(α)を成し、第2の組の突起(P5)が、第3の整列方向(Lx5) に上記第1の間隔で、また、第4の整列方向(Ly5)に上記第2の間隔で設けら れ、上記第3、第4の整列方向が、上記第1、第2の整列方向によって形成され た角度(α)とほぼ等しい角度を成し、上記第1の整列方向(Lx3)と上記第3 の整列方向(Lx5)が、関連するエンボス加工用シリンダの軸(A3、A5)に対し て逆方向に傾斜し、上記軸と互いに異なる角度(β3、β5)をなす請求の範囲1 〜4のいずれかに記載のエンボス及びラミネート加工機。 7.第1の組の突起(P3)が、関連する整列方向における第2の組の突起(P5) と異なる間隔で、整列方向に整列されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜4 のいずれかに記載のエンボス及びラミネート加工機。 8.上記突起が1cm2あたり6〜150の密度、好ましくは1cm2あたり10〜60の密度 をもっていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜7のいずれかに記載のエンボス及 びラミネート加工機。 9.二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)が動作中に制御された温度に 維持されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜8のいずれかに記載のエンボス及び ラミネート加工機。 10.二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)間の圧力に比例する信号を発生す るロードセル(20)と、上記信号に基づき、エンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5) 間の圧力を一定に保つ制御システムとを有する記請求の範囲の1〜9のいずれか に記載のエンボス及びラミネート加工機。 11.二つのシリンダが異なる直径をもつ請求の範囲の1〜10のいずれかに記載の エンボス及びラミネート加工機。 12.上記伝動手段が、二つのエンボス加工用シリンダを二つの僅かに異なる周速 度で回転維持する一組の歯車(63−68)を備えている請求の範囲の1、5〜11の いずれかに記載のエンボス及びラミネート加工機。 13.二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ間のすべり量が0.5〜30/00のオーダーであ る請求の範囲の1〜12のいずれかに記載のエンボス及びラミネート加工機。 14.帯状材料の第1の層(N3)がエンボシングされ、第1の組の突起(P3)を有 する第1のエンボス加工用シリンダ(3)の周囲を走行し、 帯状材料の第2の層(N5)が第1の層とは別にエンボシングされ、第2の 組の突起(P5)を有する第2のエンボス加工用シリンダ(5)の周囲を走行し、 二つのエンボ加工した層(N3、N5)が、上記二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ 間に形成されたラミネーションニップにおいて積層され、二つのエンボス加工用 シリンダの突起(P3、P5)が上記ラミネーションニップにおいてある領域におい てのみ相互に関連するエンボス及びラミネート加工方法において、 上記二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)が互いに同相に保たない ことを特徴とするエンボス及びラミネート加工方法。
