Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関用のピストン・シリンダ構成ユニットであって、スカート無しの ピストンが設けられており、該ピストンが、ピストンリングを収容するためのリ ングユニットを有するピストンヘッドと、該ピストンヘッドから延びる複数のボ スとから成っており、ボスが、ピストンピンを収容するためのボス孔を備えてお り、また、シリンダが設けられており、該シリンダ内に前記ピストンが滑り摺動 可能に配置されている形式のものにおいて、 少なくとも1つの支持リング(9)がボス(3)に装嵌されて、ピストンヘッ ド(2)と一緒にピストン(1)をシリンダ内でガイドすることを特徴とする、 ピストン・シリンダ構成ユニット。 2.支持リング(9)が雌ねじ山を有していて、ボス(3)が雄ねじ山を有し ており、支持リング(9)が前記ボス(3)に螺合されている、請求項1記載の ピストン・シリンダ構成ユニット。 3.支持リング(9)が複数のねじによってボス(3)にねじ締結されている 、請求項1記載のピストン・シリンダ構成ユニット。 4.支持リング(9)がボス(3)に焼ばめされている、請求項1記載のピス トン・シリンダ構成ユニット。 5.支持リング(9)が、内方に向かって締付け作用を生ぜしめるように、ボ ス(3)に設けられた溝(8)内に位置している、請求項1記載のピストン・シ リンダ構成ユニット。 6.支持リング(9)がボス(3)によって補強されている、請求項1記載の ピストン・シリンダ構成ユニット。 7.支持リング(9)がボス(3)に溶接されている、請求項1記載のピスト ン・シリンダ構成ユニット。 8.支持リング(9)がT字形の横断面を有している、請求項1から7までの いずれか1項記載のピストン・シリンダ構成ユニット。 9.支持リング(9)の重心が、該支持リング(9)の支持面に対して垂直に 位置する平面上に設けられており、前記支持面がシリンダ直径の最大15%で、 ピン軸平面の下方または上方に配置されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか 1項記載のピストン・シリンダ構成ユニット。 10.支持リング(9)の高さがボス孔(7)の直径より小さくなっている、 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のピストン・シリンダ構成ユニット。 11.支持リング(9)の高さがボス孔(7)の半径より小さくなっている、 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のピストン・シリンダ構成ユニット。 12.支持リング(9)の高さがボス孔(7)の直径の20%より小さくなっ ている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のピストン・シリンダ構成ユ ニット。 13.支持リング(9)とボス(3)との間にアダプタ片が設けられている、 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のピストン・シリンダ構成ユニット。
