Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電子聴診器において、 患者の体内で発生する関心音を感知するためのマイクロフォン手段と、 関心音を受信するように作られ、少なくとも2つのスペクトル分離作動モード を備えるフィルタ手段であって、関心音を受信し、それにより約20〜100H zから第1エンファサイズド通過帯域を生成するためのベルモード手段と、関心 音を受信し、それにより約200〜500Hzから第2エンファサイズド通過帯 域を生成するための振動板モード手段と、を含むフィルタ手段と、 作動モードを選択するためのモード選択手段と、 ユーザが聴取できるようにフィルタ処理音を再生するためのスピーカ手段と、 を具備する電子聴診器。 2.前記フィルタ手段が、本電子聴診器がアコースティック聴診器の音を有す るような、各作動モードを備える請求項1記載の電子聴診器。 3.ユーザ調整可能音量つまみをさらに有し、当該ユーザ調整可能音量つまみ の少なくとも1つの音量設定で、再生音の出力レベルが従来のアコースティック 聴診器の出力レベルとほぼ同等である請求項1記載の電子聴診器。 4.前記フィルタ手段がさらに広帯域作動モードを備え、またさらに前記フィ ルタ手段が関心音を受信するための広帯域モード手段を含み、それにより約20 〜2000Hzから広帯域通過帯域を生成する請求項1記載の電子聴診器。 5.前記ベルモード手段がさらに、関心音の約100〜500Hzから第1デ エンファサイズド通過帯域を生成する請求項1記載 の電子聴診器。 6.前記第1デエンファサイズド通過帯域の少なくとも一部が、前記第1エン ファサイズド通過帯域よりも低いゲインを有する請求項5記載の電子聴診器。 7.前記第1エンファサイズド通過帯域と前記第1デエンファサイズド通過帯 域との間の相対振幅が約10dBである請求項6記載の電子聴診器。 8.前記振動板モード手段がさらに、関心音の約20〜200Hzから第2デ エンファサイズド通過帯域を生成する請求項1記載の電子聴診器。 9.前記第2デエンファサイズド通過帯域の少なくとも一部が前記第2エンフ ァサイズド通過帯域よりも低い相対振幅を有する請求項8記載の電子聴診器。 10.前記第2エンファサイズド通過帯域と前記第2デエンファサイズド通過 帯域との間の相対振幅が約10dBである請求項9記載の電子聴診器。 11.前記聴診器が、AAAバッテリにより電力供給される請求項1記載の電 子聴診器。 12.前記フィルタ手段が、デジタルフィルタを備える請求項1記載の電子聴 診器。 13.前記フィルタ手段が、アナログフィルタを備える請求項1記載の電子聴 診器。 14.選択した作動モードを視覚表示するためのモード表示手段をさらに含む 請求項1記載の電子聴診器。 15.音質およびゲインがバッテリ状態または電圧により影響を受けないよう に、調整済み電圧出力を聴診器に供給するための調整手段をさらに含む請求項1 記載の電子聴診器。 16.前記調整済み電圧出力が、調整済み電圧出力のスイッチングノイズおよ びリプルノイズが低減されるように供給される請求項15記載の電子聴診器。
