Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.脈管を通って挿入する管内カテーテルであって、第1のルーメンを規定する 第1の細長い管状部材を有し、該管状部材が主要部と、該管状部材の外表面上に 脈管内に配置された主ガイドワイヤ上を滑動するように適合された支持手段とを 有し、該第1の細長い管状部材が該主要部の軌跡に対して屈曲可能であり、それ により該第1のルーメンを通って該脈管に入る補助ガイドワイヤを、該主ガイド ワイヤの軌跡に対して横方向に方向づける端部を有する、カテーテル。 2.前記支持手段が、前記第1の管状部材と並んだ形態の第2の細長い管状部材 を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 3.前記第2の管状部材が、第1の細長い管状部材と少なくとも同じ長さである 、請求項2に記載のカテーテル。 4.前記端部が、前記第1のルーメンまたはその伸長部の軌跡に対して所定角度 を有する表面をさらに有し、それにより該第1のルーメンを貫通する前記補助ガ イドワイヤが該角度を有する表面に当たってさらに屈曲し、該第1のルーメンま たはその伸長部の軌跡から横方向に逸れる、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の カテーテル。 5.前記角度を有する表面が前記第1のルーメン内部に配置され、前記第1の管 状部材が該角度を有する表面と対向する開口部を有し、それにより該第1のルー メンを貫通する補助カテーテルが該角度を有する表面によって該開口部を通って 屈曲する、請求項4に記載のカテーテル。 6.前記角度を有する表面が前記第1の管状部材の自由端部に近接している、請 求項4または5に記載のカテーテル。 7.前記主要部の軌跡に対する前記端部の屈曲を制御する手段をさらに有する、 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。 8.前記制御手段が、前記カテーテルに沿って伸び且つ前記端部に固定された制 御ワイヤを有し、該制御ワイヤを該カテーテルに対して引き戻すことによって、 該端部を前記主要部の前記軌跡に対して屈曲させる、請求項7に記載のカテーテ ル。 9.前記制御ワイヤが前記カテーテルのさらなるルーメン内部に配置される、請 求項8に記載のカテーテル。 10.前記主要部が直線状の形態を標準的にとり、前記端部が曲がった形態を標 準的にとり、スリーブをさらに有するカテーテルであって、該スリーブが該端部 を取り囲み、それにより該端部をまっすぐにする第1の位置と、該端部が自由で あってその標準的な曲がった形態をとる第2の退避位置との間を、該スリーブが 前記第1の管状部材に対して長軸方向に相対的に移動可能である、請求項1から 9のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。 11.前記主要部が直線状の形態を標準的にとり、前記端部が該主要部に対して 所定の角度で予備形成され、スリーブをさらに有するカテーテルであって、該ス リーブが該端部を取り囲み、それにより該端部をまっすぐにする第1の位置と、 該端部が自由であって該主要部に対してその予備形成された角度をとる第2の退 避位置との間を、該スリーブが前記第1の管状部材に対して長軸方向に相対的に 移動可能である、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。 12.前記カテーテルが18Frenchの導入シースを通って脈管に導入され得る、請 求項1から11のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。 13.補助ガイドワイヤを、脈管内に配置された主ガイドワイヤの軌跡に対して 横方向に方向づけするキットであって、第1のルーメンを備えた第1の細長い管 状部材を有する管内カテーテルを有し、該管状部材が主要部と、該管状部材の外 表面上に該脈管内に配置された該主ガイドワイヤ上を滑動するように適合された 支持手段とを有し、該補助ガイドワイヤが該第1のルーメン内に配置され、該第 1の細長い管状部材が、該主要部の軌跡に対して屈曲可能であり、それにより該 第1のルーメンを通って該補助ガイドワイヤを横方向に方向づける端部を有する 、キット。 14.補助カテーテルが前記第1のルーメン内の前記補助ガイドワイヤ上に配置 される、請求項13に記載のキット。 15.前記補助カテーテルが遠位の操縦自在端部を有する、請求項14に記載の キット。 16.前記補助カテーテルが予備形成された角度を有する端部を有する、請求項 14に記載のキット。 17.前記補助カテーテルが曲がった形態を標準的にとる、請求項14に記載の キット。 18.前記補助カテーテルが請求項1から12のいずれかにおいて規定されたよ うなカテーテルである、請求項14に記載のキット。 19.補助ガイドワイヤを、脈管内に配置された主ガイドワイヤの軌跡に対して 横方向に方向づける方法であって、 (a)該脈管内に該主ガイドワイヤを配置する工程と、 (b)請求項1から12のいずれかに規定されるような管内カテーテルの支持 手段を、該主ガイドワイヤ上を、且つ該脈管内にガイドする工程と、 (c)該補助ガイドワイヤが屈曲可能な端部によって該脈管中に横方向に方向 づけられるように、該補助ガイドワイヤを該管内カテーテルの第1のルーメンに 貫通させる工程とを包含する、方法。 20.補助カテーテルが横方向に方向づけられるように、該補助カテーテルが最 初に前記第1のルーメンを貫通し、続いて、該補助ガイドワイヤが該補助カテー テルを貫通する、請求項19に記載の方法。 21.前記補助ガイドワイヤが前記脈管から分岐する脈管中に方向づけられる、 請求項19または20に記載の方法。
