Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.哺乳動物におけるニューロンおよびグリア細胞の変性による神経系の障害 の上記障害に拮抗する治療的処置用の医薬の製造のためのウリジンの使用. 2.細胞の分化,機能化および成熟を促進するための「請求項1」記載のウリ ジンの使用. 3.細胞の変性はニューロトロピンの投与によってそれ自体既知の方法で処置 できる神経系における障害を伴う「請求項1または2」記載のニューロトロピン を模倣する物質としてのウリジンの使用. 4.医薬はウリジンの組織内有効濃度 1〜10μg/mlを生じるのに適当な用量レ ベルのウリシンからなる「請求項1〜3」記載のウリジンの使用. 5.ニューロトロピンは,NGF,BDNF,NT-3,NT-4/5,CNTF, FGF,IGF-I,TGFβ,GTNFからなる「請求項3または4」記載の ウリジンの使用. 6.ニューロトロピンはNGFである「請求項3または4」記載のウリジンの 使用. 7.ニューロトロピンとともに使用する「請求項3または4」記載のウリジン の使用. 8.神経系の障害は医原性起源の末梢神経障害である「請求項3〜6」記載の ウリジンの使用. 9.哺乳動物の末梢神経系に上記哺乳動物のウイルス疾患の処置のための抗ウ イルス剤の投与の結果として誘発された,有害な作用を逆転するための「請求項 8」記載のウリジンの使用. 10.ウイルス疾患はAIDSである「請求項9」記載のウリジンの使用. 11.哺乳動物の細胞に上記哺乳動物への腫瘍疾患の処置のための抗腫瘍剤の投 与の結果として誘発された有害な作用を逆転するための「請求項8」記載のウリ ジンの使用. 12.神経系の障害はアルツハイマー病である「請求項1〜7」のいずれかに記 載のウリジンの使用. 13.神経系の障害はパーキンソン病である「請求項1〜7」のいずれかに記載 のウリジンの使用. 14.神経系の障害は卒中である「請求項1〜7」のいずれかに記載のウリジン の使用. 15.神経系の障害は筋萎縮性側索硬化症である「請求項1〜7」のいずれかに 記載のウリジンの使用. 16.哺乳動物におけるニューロンまたはグリア細胞の選択的な変性による神経 系の障害の治療的処置用の組成物において,医薬的に有効な量のウリジンおよび ニューロトロピンからなり,ウリジンとニューロトロピンの比率は1:10〜l:100 であり,さらに医薬的に許容される担体および希釈剤を含有することを特徴とす る組成物. 17.ニューロトロピンは,NGF,BDNF,NT-3,NT-4/5,CNTF, FGF,IGF−I,TGFβ,GTNFから選択される「請求項16」記載の組 成物. 18.ニューロトロピンはNGFである「請求項17」記載の組成物. 19.哺乳動物のニューロンまたはグリア細胞における上記細胞の選択的変性に 拮抗する作用を促進する「請求項16〜18」記載の組成物において,上記変性は上 記哺乳動物の神経系における障害に関連し,その障害はニューロトロピンのそれ 自体既知の方法て処置てきることを特徴とする組成物. 20.ウリジンの組織内有効濃度 1〜10pg/mlを生じるのに適当な用量レベルの ウリジンからなる「請求項16〜19」のいずれかに記載の組成物. 21.障害はアルツハイマー病,パーキンソン病,卒中,筋萎縮性側索硬化症お よび医原性起源の末梢神経障害からなる群に包含される「請求項16〜20」のいず れかに記載の組成物.
