Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ワーク切削加工のための切削チップ(10)であって、荒削りのための少な くとも1つの主切れ刃(13)及びこれに接続する精密削りのための少なくとも 1つの副切れ刃(14)を備えている形式のものにおいて、 平らな逃げ面(19)に隣接する副切れ刃(14)が凸状に湾曲されているこ とを特徴とする、荒削り及び精密削りのための切削チップ。 2. 副切れ刃(14)が40mm乃至50mmの半径 で湾曲されている請求項 1記載の切削チップ。 3. 副切れ刃(14)に、すくい面(11)に位置して副切れ刃(14)に対し て平行に副切れ刃(14)の全長にわたって延びる切りくず生成溝(16)、有 利には横断面の凹状の切りくず生成溝(16)が隣接されている請求項1又は2 記載の切削チップ。 4. 副切れ刃すくい角(γN)が10゜と20゜との間にあり、有利には15゜ である請求項3記載の切削チップ。 5. 切りくず生成溝の半径が0.5mmと0.8mmとの間にある請求項3又は 4記載の切削チップ。 6. 切りくず生成溝(16)が副切れ刃(14)から主切れ刃(13)への移行 区分(15)内まで延び ている請求項3から5のいずれか1項記載の切削チップ。 7. 主切れ刃すくい角(γH)がプラスであって、有利には8゜までである請求 項1から6のいずれか1項記載の切削チップ。 8. 隆起した中央のすくい面プラトー(11)を設けてあり、すくい面プラトー が最も高い切れ刃隆起部(13,14)に対して距離を置いている請求項1から 7のいずれか1項記載の切削チップ。 9. ほぼ等辺の六角形の、すくい面を制限する、有利には2つのすくい面(11 )を互いに平行に制限するそれぞれ3つの主切れ刃及び副切れ刃が設けられてい る請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の切削チップ。 10.ほぼ主切れ刃中央垂直線の位置に主切れ刃(13)に対して距離を置いて、 隆起した切りくず生成エレメント(18)を配置してあり、切りくず生成エレメ ントが有利には、隆起した中央のすくい面プラトー(11)のノーズ状の張り出 し部として形成されている請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載の切削チップ。 11.張り出し部(18)がすくい面プラトー平面内に位置するほぼ三角形の平ら な表面を有しており、該表面の三角形の頂点が主切れ刃(13)に向けられてお り、前記頂点に隣接するサイドラインから側面 (18a)が傾斜されて、有利には40゜乃至50゜の側面角を成してすくい面 まで達している請求項10記載の切削チップ。 12.主切れ刃(13)と副切れ刃(14)との間に形成された切れ刃角隅部(1 5)が丸みを付けられ、及び/又は互いにかつそれぞれ隣接の主切れ刃若しくは 副切れ刃に対して120゜よりも鈍角な角度を成した直線的な複数の部分区分( 15a)によって形成されている請求項1から11のいずれか1項記載の切削チ ップ。 13.切れ刃角隅丸み部(15)が0.3mmと0.9mmとの間の半径を有して いる請求項12記載の切削チップ。 14.工具、特にフライスであって、請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載の切削 チップ(10)の受容のための少なくとも1つの切欠きを備えた工具ホルダーを 有している形式のものにおいて、切削チップ(10)が5゜の効果的な軸線方向 の副切れ刃すくい角(γp)で配置されており、かつ効果的な半径方向の主切れ 刃すくい角(γf)が0゜乃至4゜であることを特徴とする工具。 15.効果的な半径方向の副切れ刃すくい角が−5゜と−10゜との間であり、有 利には−7゜である請求項14記載の工具。
