Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. コロナドーパントイオンを生成するように構成されたコロナ放電イオン化 源を含むことを特徴とする分析用測定装置。 2. 請求項1に記載の分析用測定装置において、前記測定装置がイオン移動度 分光計であり、そのイオン化領域をコロナ放電イオン化源により生成されたコロ ナドーパントイオンでドープすることを特徴とする分析用測定装置。 3. 請求項1または請求項2に記載の分析用測定装置において、コロナドーパ ントイオンを実質的に連続的に生成するようにコロナ放電イオン化源を構成した ことを特徴とする分析用測定装置。 4. 請求項1または請求項2に記載の分析用測定装置において、コロナ放電イ オン化源を切り替えて、コロナドーパントイオンが選択的に生成されるようにす る切り換え手段をさらに具えたことを特徴とする分析用測定装置。 5. 請求項4に記載の分析用測定装置において、異なる化学的ドーパントイオ ンを生成するように構成された化学的ドーパント手段をさらに具えたことを特徴 とする分析用測定装置。 6. 請求項5に記載の分析用測定装置において、前記化学的ドーパント手段は 、前記分析用測定装置の循環ガス流内に配設されたガス透過性源であることを特 徴とする分析用測定装置。 7. 請求項2から6のいずれかに記載の分析用測定装置において、前記コロナ 放電イオン化源により分析されるべきサンプルのイオン化のための一次イオンを 発生することを特徴とする分析用測定装置。 8. 請求項2から6のいずれかに記載の分析用測定装置において、分析される べきサンプルのイオン化のための一次イオンを生成するための放射性源をさらに 具えたことを特徴とする分析用測定装置。 9. 請求項8に記載の分析用測定装置において、前記コロナ放電イオン化源が 前記測定装置の外側に配置したことを特徴とする分析用測定装置。 10. 請求項9に記載の分析用測定装置において、前記コロナ放電イオン化源 が前記測定装置へのガス流内に配置したことを特徴とする分析用測定装置。 11. 請求項2から10のいずれかに記載の分析用測定装置において、前記コ ロナ放電イオン化源がシングル・ポイント源を有するパルスコロナイオン化装置 であることを特徴とする分析用測定装置。 12. 請求項2から10のいずれかに記載の分析用測定装置において、コロナ 放電イオン化源は、ダブル・ポイント源を有するパルスコロナイオン化装置であ ることを特徴とする分析用測定装置。 13. 前述の請求項のいずれかに記載の分析用測定装置において、爆発性化合 物を検出するようにしたことを特徴とする分析用測定装置。 14. 添付図面の図1から10を参照して特定して記載されおよび図1から1 0に示されているように、実質的に構成されおよび配置されたことを特徴とする 分析用測定装置。
