Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(A)無機担体と、以下の一般式I M1(R1)r(R2)s(R3)t(R4)u I で表わされ、かつ式中の M1がアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属または周期表のIIIまたはIV主族 金属、 R1が水素、C1−C10アルキル、C6−C15アリール、アルキル基中に1から 10個、アリール基中に6から20個の炭素原子を有するアルキルアリールまた はアリールアルキル、 R2からR4が、それぞれ水素、ハロゲン、C1−C10アルキル、C6−C15アリ ール、アルキル基中に1から10個、アリール基中に6から20個の炭素原子を それぞれ有するアルキルアリール、アリールアルキル、アルコキシまたはジアル キルアミノ、 rが1から4の整数、 s、tおよびuが0から3の整数を意味するが、r+s+t+uの合計がM1 の原子価に対応する金属化合物との反応、 (B)上記反応(A)により得られる材料と、金属ジハロゲン化物の形態にお けるメタロセン錯体およびメタロセニウムイオン形成化合物との反応、および (C)これに次いで、以下の一般式II M2(R5)o(R6)p(R7)q II で表わされ、かつ式中の M2が周期表のIII主族金属、 R5が水素、C1−C10アルキル、C6−C15アリール、アルキル基中に1から 10個、アリール基中に6から20個の炭素原子を有するアルキルアリールまた はアリールアルキル、 R6、R7がそれぞれ水素、ハロゲン、C1−C10アルキル、C6−C15アリール 、アルキル基中に1から10個、アリール基中に6から20個の炭素原子をそれ ぞれ有するアルキルアリール、アリールアルキル、アルコキシ、 oが1から3の整数、 p、qがそれぞれ0から2の整数を意味するが、o+p+qの合計がM2の原 子価に対応する場合の金属化合物との反応により得られることを特徴とする、担 持触媒組成物の存在下に、気相重合によりアルケン重合体を製造する方法。 2.工程(A)において得られた材料を単離し、乾燥することを特徴とする、 請求項1の方法。 3.式I中のM1がアルミニウム、R1からR3がそれぞれC1−C10アルキル、 uが零を意味することを特徴とする、請求項1または2の方法。 4.メタロセニウムイオン形成化合物として、強、中性ルイス酸、ルイス酸カ チオンを有するイオン結合化合物、およびカチオンとしてブレンステッド酸を有 するイオン結合化合物の中から選ばれる配位錯化合物を使用することを特徴とす る、請求項1から3のいずれかの方法。 5.式II中のR5からR7が、それぞれC1−C10アルキルを意味することを 特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかの方法。 6.エチレン重合体を製造するための、請求項1から5のいずれかの方法。 7.請求項1から6のいずれかの方法により製造されたアルケン重合体。 8.請求項7のアルケン重合体の、ファイバー、フィルム、成形体製造のため の用途。 9.請求項7のアルケン重合体を主構成分として含有することを特徴とする、 ファイバー、フィルムまたは成形体。
