Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.平均ポリマー分子サイズが0.025cm〜0.15cm(0.01インチ〜0.06インチ)に なるように、液状の担持されていないメタロセン触媒及び助触媒を、反応容器内 で成長しつつあるポリマー粒子に直ちに接触させずに、反応容器内の樹脂希薄領 域に供給する段階から成る立体規則性又は位置規則性ポリマーの製造法であって 、前記メタロセン触媒が下式: (L)2R1MX(z-2) (I) (式中、Mは周期律表のIII族からVII族の金属原子又は希土類元素を表し、Lは Mに配位したπ-結合した置換されたインデニル配位子であり、R1は、C1-C4 の置換又は非置換のアルキレン基、ジアルキル若しくはジアリールゲルマニウム 又はシリコン基、及びアルキル若しくはアリールホスフィン又はアミン基からな る群から選択される架橋基であり、各Xは、それぞれ水素、1-20個の炭素原子を 有するアリール、アルキル、アルケニル、アルキルアリール若しくはアリールア ルキル基、1-20個の炭素原子を有するヒドロカルボキシ基、ハロゲン、NR2 2- 、R2CO2-又はR2 2NCO2-であり(ここで各R2は、1〜20個の炭素原子を含 むヒドロカルビル基である。)、及び、ZはMの原子価を表す。)で表される製 造法。 2.前記助触媒が(a)下式: で表されるオリゴマー状線状アルキルアルミノオキサン及び(b)下式: で表されるオリゴマー状環状アルキルアルミノオキサン(式中、sは1〜40、 pは3〜40、R***は炭素数が1〜12のアルキル基を表す。)から成る群から 選択される請求項1に記載の製造法。 3.前記sが10〜20である請求項2に記載の製造法。 4.キシレン可溶物が7重量%未満であるアイソタクチックポリプロピレンが製 造される請求項1に記載の製造法。 5.ポリプロピレンインパタト共重合体が製造される請求項1に記載の製造法。 6.プロピレン−ブテンランダム共重合体が製造される請求項1に記載の製造法 。 7.前記液状のメタロセン触媒及び助触媒がキャリアーガス中で少なくとも一つ の粒子偏向ガスに囲まれており、そのガスが反応容器に入る際に樹脂粒子をその 液状触媒の通路から離れて偏向させるに十分な速度を有している請求項1に記載 の製造法。 8.前記液状触媒がキャリアーガス中で少なくとも一つの粒子偏向ガス及び少な くとも一つの先端清掃ガスに囲まれており、各ガスがリサイクルガス、モノマー ガス、連鎖移動ガス及び不活性ガスから成る群から選択される請求項7に記載の 製造法。 9.キャリアーガス中の前記液状触媒が15m/sec(50ft/sec)〜音速の範囲の速度 で加えられ、前記粒子偏向ガスが3m/秒(10ft/秒)〜50m/秒(150ft/秒)の範囲の速 度で加えられ、前記先端清掃ガスが15m/秒(50ft/秒)〜音速の範囲の速度で加え られる請求項8に記載の製造法。 10.前記粒子偏向ガス及び前記先端清掃ガスの圧力が、反応容器のガス圧より も69〜345Kpaゲージ(10psig〜50psig)高い請求項8に記載の製造法。 11.前記粒子偏向ガスがリサイクルガスであり、前記先端清掃ガスがモノマー ガスである請求項8に記載の製造法。 12.(i)粒子偏向ガス管が触媒注入管若しくはノズルを収納するか、又は(ii) 粒子偏向ガス管が先端清掃ガス管を収納しこの先端清掃ガス管が触媒注入管若し くはノズルを収納することから成る触媒配送系により前記液状触媒が加えられる 請求項8に記載の製造法。
