Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高周波数変調された光学的な放射を放出して測定対象物を照明する発信機( 1)と、当該測定対象物によって反射された前記放射を検出する測定受信機(2 )と、基準用受信機(3)とを有する距離測定器械の校正のための装置にして、 距離測定が位相測定原理に従って行われる、距離測定器械の校正のための装置に おいて、 a)内部の基準区間(14)が校正区間として用いられ、前記発信機(1) から放出される前記放射の一部が常に当該基準区間を経て前記基準用受 信機(3)へ導かれ、その結果、前記基準用受信機(3)にて及び前記 測定受信機(2)にて検出された放射が同時に評価され得ること、 b)電気的な接続線(5)が前記基準用受信機(3)の電気的な信号を受信 する周波数ミキサー(4)と測定受信機(2)として用いられるアバラ ンシェフォトダイオードとの間にあり、当該電気的な接続線(5)に高 周波数のミキサー周波数が供給され、その結果、当該高周波数のミキサ ー周波数が前記アバランシェフォトダイオードのバイアス(Uv)を重 ねられ、且つ同時に前記周波数ミキサー(4)に供給され、それによっ て前記周波数ミキサー(4)にて低周波数の校正信号(NF-CAL)が発生 し、且つ前記アバランシェフォトダイオードにて低周波数の測定信号( NF-MESS)が発生し、それらの相互の位相ポジションが距離決定のため に算定されること を特徴とする装置。 2.基準用受信機(3)としてPINフォトダイオードが使用されていることを 特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記基準用受信機(3)が発信機(1)に統合されていることを特徴とする 、請求項1に記載の装置。 4.基準用受信機(3)として、ダイレクトミキサーとして作動させられるアバ ランシェフォトダイオードが使用されており、それによって前記周波数ミキサー (4)が代理されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 5.前記周波数ミキサー(4)が、同時に、前記発信機(1)の変調周波数の及 びミキサー周波数の産出のためのミキサーとしても設けられていることを特徴と する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 6.前記測定受信機(2)の動作点算定のために、独立した低周波数変調された LEDが設けられており、当該LEDがそれぞれの距離測定のはじめに前記測定 受信機(2)を既知の光強度で非常に短い時間の間照明することを特徴とする、 上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 7.前記発信機1の前記放射が前記測定対象物への代わりに前記測定受信機(2 )へ直接達するように調節され得るビーム切替装置(20a、b)が設けられて いることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
