Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも第1残基がプロコラーゲンC−プロペプチドの活性を有し、第 2残基が外在性コラーゲンα−鎖および非コラーゲン物質の群のいずれか1つか ら選択され、第1残基が第2残基に結合している分子。 2.第1残基が既存のC−プロペプチドまたは部分的に修飾を受けた分子また はその類似体である請求項1に記載の分子。 3.該既存のC−プロペプチドがプロα1(I)、プロα2(I)、プロα1 (II)、プロα1(III)、プロα1(V)、プロα2(V)、プロα3(V)、プ ロα1(XI)、プロα2(XI)およびプロα3(XI)プロα鎖C−プロペプ チドの群のいずれか1つから選択される請求項2に記載の分子。 4.第1残基が新規C−プロペプチドを含む請求項1に記載の分子。 5.該C−プロペプチドが認識部位で置換されたC−プロペプチドを含む請求 項4に記載の分子。 6.該C−プロペプチドが既存のC−プロペプチドの認識配列またはその部分 的に修飾した形態またはその類似体で置換された請求項5に記載の分子。 7.該C−プロペプチドがプロα1(III)、プロα1(I)、プロα2(I) 、プロα1(II)、プロα1(V)、プロα2(V)、プロα1(XI)およびプ ロα2(XI)プロα鎖の群のいずれか1つのC−プロペプチド認識配列で認識 部位にて置換されている請求項6に記載の分子。 8.該C−プロペプチドが配列番号:6−13の群のいずれか1つの配列を有 する認識配列で認識部位で置換されている請求項7に記載の分子。 9.該C−プロペプチドが新規の認識配列で認識部位にて置換されている請求 項5に記載の分子。 10.該C−プロペプチドおよび/または認識配列が原繊維プロα鎖の配列で ある請求項2−9のいずれか1つに記載の分子。 11.第2残基が少なくともコラーゲンα−鎖を含む上記の請求項のいずれか 1つに記載の分子。 12.該コラーゲンα鎖がプロα1(I)鎖、プロα2(I)鎖、プロα1 (II)鎖、プロα1(III)鎖、プロα1(V)鎖、プロα2(V)鎖、プロα3( V)鎖、プロα1(XI)鎖、プロα2(XI)およびプロα3(XI)鎖コラー ゲンα−鎖の群のいずれか1つから選択される請求項11に記載の分子。 13.第2残基がプロα鎖N−プロペプチドをも含む上記の請求項のいずれか 1つに記載の分子。 14.該N−プロペプチドがプロα1(I)、プロα2(I)、プロα1(II) 、プロα1(III)、プロα1(V)、プロα2(V)、プロα3(V)、プロ α1(XI)、プロα2(XI)およびプロα3(XI)プロα鎖N−プロペプチ ドの群のいずれか1つか選択される請求項13に記載の分子。 15.第1残基がコラーゲンα鎖およびプロα2(I)鎖のN−プロペプチド を含む第2残基に結合したプロα1(III)の活性を有する請求項14に記載の 分子。 16.配列番号:4の配列を有する請求項13に記載の分子。 17.アミノ酸残基が介在することによって第1残基および第2残基が分離さ れている上記の請求項のいずれか1つに記載する方法。 18.コラーゲンα鎖の天然に不在の組合せを含むコラーゲン分子。 19.請求項18に記載のコラーゲン分子を含むコラーゲン原繊維。 20.請求項19に記載のコラーゲン原繊維を含むコラーゲン繊維。 21.ヒトまたは動物体の治療または診断における使用に関する上記請求項に 記載のうちのいずれか1つの分子。 22.プロコラーゲン自殺の治療において使用するための請求項21に記載の 分子。 23.接着または移植として使用する請求項21に記載の分子。 24.傷の治癒または減少した瘢を有する繊維障害の治癒を促進させるために 使用する請求項21に記載の分子。 25.慢性傷害の治癒を促進するために使用する請求項21に記載の分子。 26.写真、醸造、食糧、織物または接着剤に使用するための請求項1〜20 に記載のいずれか1つの分子。 27.請求項1〜25のいずれか1つに記載の分子の使用を含むヒトまたは動 物体の治療または診断の方法。 28.請求項1−20のいずれか1つに記載の分子をコードするDNA。 29.発現を指令するのに十分である調節配列に作動可能に結合した請求項2 8に記載のDNAで形質転換またはトランスフェクションした発現宿主。 30.発現を指令するのに十分である調節配列に作動可能に結合した請求項2 9に記載のDNAをゲノムが含むトランスジェニックマウス。 31.動物が非ヒト胎性哺乳動物であって、成熟雌性動物の乳汁における発現 を調節配列が指令する請求項30に記載のトランスジェニックマウス。 32.天然に不在のコラーゲンを産生する方法であって、該方法が、請求項2 9に記載の発現宿主または請求項30または31に記載のトランスンジェニック マウスからのコラーゲンを回収すること、および時に天然に不在のコラーゲンを 引き続き精製することを含む方法。
