Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式: [式中、 − M+は、−COOH基の中和から生じる一価カチオンであり、しかしながら 、この中和は、部分的だけであることが可能である; − R1およびR2は、R1およびR2の少なくとも1つが水素でないという条件で 、水素、長鎖の直鎖または分枝状のシクロアルキルまたはアルキル基および8〜 約22個の炭素原子を有するアリール基から選択される; − R3およびR4は、それぞれ独立して、水素原子、1〜7個の炭素原子を有す る短鎖のシクロアルキルまたはアルキル基および6〜7個の炭素原子を有するア リール基から選択される; − R5、R6およびR7は、それぞれ独立して、水素原子およびメチル基から選 択される; − τ1は、コポリマー中の長鎖アミド単位のモル比である;および − τ2は、要すればコポリマー中に存在する短鎖アミド単位のモル比である。 ] の(メタ)アクリルコポリマーであって、重量平均分子量が、30000 を超えず、τ1が、0.01〜0.30の間であることを特徴とする(メタ) アクリルコポリマー。 2.少なくとも2000の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の(メタ)アクリルコポリマー。 3.0.02〜0.12のモル比τ1を示すことを特徴とする請求項1または 2に記載の(メタ)アクリルコポリマー。 4.0〜0.4のモル比τ2を示すことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか に記載の(メタ)アクリルコボリマー。 5.R1およびR2の少なくとも1つは、10〜18個の炭素原子を有する直鎖 または分枝状のアルキル基であるアミド単位を含んでなることを特徴とする請求 項1〜4のいずれかに記載の(メタ)アクリルコポリマー。 6.一価カチオンM+が、アルカリ金属のカチオン、アンモニウムイオン、4 級化アンモニウムイオンおよび亜鉛錯体から選択されることを特徴とする請求項 1〜5のいずれかに記載の(メタ)アクリルコポリマー。 7.(メタ)アクリル酸、式: のN−置換(メタ)アクリルアミド誘導体、および要すれば式: のN−置換(メタ)アクリルアミド誘導体を含んでなるモノマー混合物のラジカ ル法による直接的な共重合による(メタ)アクリルコポリマーの製造方法であっ て、共重合が有機溶媒中で、少なくとも1種のラジカル開始剤の存在下で、開始 剤の分解温度で、約0.5〜12時間で行われ、その後に形成されたコポリマー の中和が行われる請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の(メタ)アクリルコポリマー の製造方法。 8.モノマー混合物1モルにつき式(I)のN−置換誘導体τ1モルを、要す れば(メタ)アクリル酸[1−(τ1+τ2)]モルにつき式(II)のN−置換誘 導体τ2モルを使用することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の製造方法。 9.請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の(メタ)アクリルコボリマーまたは請求 項7もしくは8に記載の方法によって調製された(メタ)アクリルコボリマーの 顔料分散剤としての使用。 10.顔料の重量に基づいて、(メタ)アクリルコポリマーが、顔料が無機 顔料である場合に1〜10重量%のコポリマーの割合で使用され、有機顔料であ る場合に1〜30重量%のコポリマーの割合で使用されることを特徴とする請求 項9に記載の使用。
