Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 吸入剤として投与されるのに適合した、乾燥微細粉末化医薬組成物であって 、 (a)治療上有効な量のsICAM-1; (b)sICAM-1を鼻腔内膜上に保持するのに有効な量のカルボキシメチルセルロー ス;及び (c)sICAM-1の保持が鼻の通路に有意な影響を及ぼすことのないバルク効果を提 供するのに有効な量のバルク剤 を含有することを特徴とする前記乾燥粉末化医薬組成物。 2. 前記バルク剤が、アミノ酸、糖アルコール及び炭水化物ベースポリマーから なる群から選ばれる請求項1記載の乾燥微細粉末化医薬組成物。 3. 前記バルク剤が糖アルコールである請求項2記載の乾燥微細粉末化医薬組成 物。 4. 前記バルク剤が、ソルビトール、マンニトール及びガラクチトールから選ば れる請求項3記載の乾燥微細粉末化医薬組成物。 5. 組成物がまたリン酸緩衝剤を含む請求項4記載の乾燥微細粉末化医薬組成物 。 6. 前記バルク剤がマンニトールである請求項5記載の乾燥微細粉末化医薬組成 物。 7. sICAM-1を0.07〜7重量%、バルク剤を70〜90重量%及びカルボキシメチルセ ルロースナトリウムを14〜45重量%含有する請求項1記載の乾燥微細粉末化医 薬組成物。 8. 吸入剤として投与されるのに適合した、乾燥微細粉末化医薬組成物であって 、 (a)治療上有効な量のsICAM-1; (b)sICAM-1を鼻腔内膜上に保持するのに有効な量のカルボキシメチルセルロー ス;及び (c)sICAM-1の保持が鼻の通路に有意な影響を及ぼすことのないバルク効果を提 供するのに有効な量のバルク剤 を含有することを特徴とする前記乾燥粉末化医薬組成物をホストの鼻腔内に投 与することを含むライノウイルス感染症の治療又は予防方法。 9. 前記バルク剤がアミノ酸、糖アルコール及び炭水化物ベースポリマーからな る群から選ばれる、請求項8記載の乾燥微細粉末化医薬組成物をホストの鼻腔 内に投与することを含むライノウイルス感染症の治療又は予防方法。 10.請求項4記載の乾燥微細粉末化医薬組成物をホストの鼻腔内に投与すること を含むライノウイルス感染症の治療又は予防方法。 11.請求項5記載の乾燥微細粉末化医薬組成物をホストの鼻腔内に投与すること を含むライノウイルス感染症の治療又は予防方法。 12.請求項6記載の乾燥微細粉末化医薬組成物をホストの鼻腔内に投与すること を含むライノウイルス感染症の治療又は予防方法。 13.請求項7記載の乾燥微細粉末化医薬組成物をホストの鼻腔内に投与すること を含むライノウイルス感染症の治療又は予防方法。
