- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式: C(R1R2)=CR3−CO−Z−A(1) および/または C(R1R2)=CR3−CO−Z−A−CO−CR3=C(R1R2)(2) (式中、R1、R2およびR3は、Hまたは一つ以上のOH基で任意に置換さ れた飽和或いは不飽和のC1-10脂肪族基; Zは共有結合またはリンカー・スペーサー;および Aはキレート化により常磁性金属を錯形成することのできるキレート体成分 である) で示される、モノマー、オリゴマー、ホモポリマーまたはコポリマー形態の、ア クリルキレート体化合物。 2.AがNTA、EDTA、DTPAおよびBOPTAを包含するアルキレンア ミノポリカルボン酸キレート体分子から選ばれる、請求の範囲1に記載の化合物 。 3.キレート体分子が、キレート体の一つ或いは二つのカルボキシル官能基を含 むアルキレンジエステル、キサントゲナート或いはジアミド橋単位を介して、 (1)または(2)のアクリル部分に結合している請求の範囲1または2に記載 の化合物。 4.式:(式中、nが2〜6である) で示される請求の範囲2に記載の化合物。 5.Aが式: (式中、Zは(1)のAと−CO−を連結する結合基、または−OH、−SH 、−NH2、−O−、−S−、−NH−、−CO−、−COOHような1つ以上 の酸素、窒素または硫黄含有選定官能基を有する低級脂肪族(C1-6)の橋置換 基である) で示され、式(1)の−CO−基がエステル、チオエステルまたはアミド結合を 介してZに結合している請求の範囲1に記載の化合物。 6.式: (式中、nが2〜6である) で示される請求の範囲3に記載の化合物。 7.ZがH(DO3A)、カルボキシメチル(DOTA)、−CH2−CHOH −CH3(HP−DO3A)、−CH2−CHOH−CHOH−CH2OHまたは −CH(CH3)COOH(DOTMA)である請求の範囲5または6に記載の 化合物。 8.常磁性金属に請求の範囲1〜7に記載のホモポリマーまたはコポリマー形態 の化合物がキレート化したことから成る、ヒト及び動物の消化管のMRI映像用 造影剤。 9.コポリマーに含まれる他のモノマーが、低級アクリレートおよびメタクリレ ート(C1-10直鎖状または環状の非置換或いはヒドロキシル化脂肪族アルコール のエステル)、アクリルアミド、アクリロニトリル、マレイン酸並びにグリコー ル、ポリグリコール、糖、少糖類などのポリオールのアリルエーテルもしくはア クリルエステルなどの多官能性オレフィン化合物から選ばれるオレフィン性モノ マーである、請求の範囲8に記載の造影剤。 10.請求の範囲1に記載の化合物の製造方法であって、キレート体のヒドロキ シ、チオールまたはアミノ誘導体を、下記反応式に従って、アクリロイル誘導体 でアシル化することを特徴とする製造法。11.請求の範囲1に記載の化合物の製造法であって、下記反応式に従って、一 つの末端窒素原子が常法により保護されたアルキレンジアミン橋をポリカルボン 酸キレート体無水物と反応させて、対応するモノ−或いはジーアミドを得、次い で更に保護基の除去後、生成物をアクリロイル誘導体でアシル化することを特徴 とする製造法。 12.(a)請求の範囲1−7に記載の化合物の1種以上を、通常の放射線また は化学開始剤を用いて重合または共重合させて、ホモポリマーまたはコポリマー 形態のキレート体化合物を得; (b)該ポリマーキレート体と常磁性金属を錯形成し;次いで (c)必要に応じて該錯体を生理学的に投与可能な液体或いは固体の担体物質 と混合して、GI管間を制御輸送される組成物を得る 工程から成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲8または9に記載の造影剤の製造法。 13.工程(c)の組成物を更に脱水して、貯蔵中安定な乾燥粉末の組成物を得 、該乾燥粉末組成物は、投与可能な水溶液と撹拌することで直ちに再生可能であ る請求の範囲12に記載の製造方法。 14.請求の範囲13に記載の乾燥粉末組成物。 15.GI管のMRI映像領域に用いる請求の範囲8または9に記載の造影剤。 16.GI管或いはその部分のライニングおよびMRI映像に用いる投与可能な ペレットを製造するための、請求の範囲14に記載の乾燥組成物の使用。
