Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.グアー胚乳の半分割体(グアースプリット)を液体アンモニアと接触させ るとともに、そのときの初期圧力を大気圧よりも高くなし且つ温度を25℃以上 となし、前記液体アンモニアの量を少なくとも前記グアー胚乳の半分割体の表面 を濡らすのに十分なものとなし、しかる後、前記圧力を少なくとも約5bar下げ ることにより、グアー胚乳および液体アンモニアの系における利用可能な容積を 爆発的に増加させ、これによって前記グアー胚乳の半分割体の鞘を切り開くこと を特徴とする、グアー胚乳の利用性および処理性を高める方法。 2.前記容積の爆発的増加を1秒以内で行う、請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記グアー胚乳の半分割体と液体アンモニアとの接触を圧力容器内で行い 、前記グアー胚乳の半分割体および液体アンモニアの系を前記圧力容器より大き い容積を有する爆発スペースに移動することによって、前記系の圧力の低下を行 わしめる、請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.初期圧力を、約5〜46barに調整する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項 に記載の方法。 5.前記圧力容器内の温度を、前記容積の爆発的増加の前に、約25〜85℃ に調整する請求項3または4記載の方法。 6.前記初期圧力を、少なくとも約10barだけ爆発的に低下させる、請求項 1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.前記グアー胚乳の半分割体の1重量部に対して、少なくとも1重量部の液 体アンモニアを使用する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.前記爆発された材料を抽出剤で処理することによって、グアランを必須的 に溶液となすとともに、胚乳の鞘は必須的に不溶なまま残るようになし、この胚 乳の鞘を取り除き、任意にグアランを前記グアラン溶液より回収する、請求項1 〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.水溶性抽出剤、特に水を使用する、請求項8記載の方法。 10.前記爆発された材料を抽出剤で、且つ約25〜95℃の温度で処理する 、請求項8または9記載の方法。 11.前記胚乳の鞘を濾過もしくは遠心分離で取り除く、請求項8〜10のい ずれか1項に記載の方法。 12.前記グアランを噴霧乾燥によって回収する、請求項8〜11のいずれか 1項に記載の方法。 13.請求項8〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法で得られることを特徴とす る、グアランパウダー。 14.前記アンモニア爆発された材料をグアー粉末になるまで粉砕する、請求 項1記載の方法。 15.請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の方法で得られることを特徴とする 、アンモニア爆発されたグアー胚乳の半分割体(グアースプリット)。 16.請求項14または15の方法で得られることを特徴とする、グアー粉末 。
