Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.硬質材料の切削インサートを収納するための複数のインサートシートを有 する回転ホルダーを備え、該回転ホルダーが部分的に焼き入れしたかまたは全体 的に焼き入れした鋼から作られている切削工具の製造方法であって、 前記インサートシートを、加工する前に焼き入れすることを特徴とする切削工 具の製造方法。 2.前記ホルダーはフライスカッター本体からなり、 個々のインサートシートが、底支持面(7)と、少なくとも二つの支持または 隣接する面(13、14)と、前記底支持面にネジ穴(8)と、を備え、 穴が、切削インサート(3)を締結するための締付ネジ、または敷金(4)を 締付するための敷金ネジ、を収納する、 ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記フライスカッター本体が工具鋼の棒部材から製作開始され、焼き入れ 前に意図したフライスカッター本体の所望形状に荒旋削加工することを特徴とす る請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.焼き入れた工具鋼の部材が、40〜52HRC、好ましくは43〜47HR Cの硬さを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.複数のインサートシートを備え、個々のインサートシートが切削インサー トを嵌合するのに適した支持面を有する回転ホルダーの製造方法であって、 A) 鋼の本体は前記インサートシートを配置する少なくとも領域が焼き入れ る工程、及びその後 B) 焼き入れた領域にインサートシートの仕上げ支持面を形成 する工程 を含んでなる回転ホルダーの製造方法。 6.工程A以前に、さらに前記支持面を粗形成する工程を含み、且つ工程Bが 前記支持面を仕上げ形成することを含む請求項5に記載の方法。 7.前記粗形成する工程が粗旋削加工により実施され、仕上げ形成することが 仕上げ旋削加工により実施される請求項5記載の方法。 8.工程Aが、鋼の本体全体を焼き入れることを含む請求項5記載の方法。 9.工程Aが、前記本体の厚みの一部だけを焼き入れることを含む請求項5記 載の方法。 10.工程Aは、鋼の本体を40〜52HRCの硬さに焼き入れる請求項5記 載の方法。 11.工程Aは、鋼の本体を43〜47HRCの硬さに焼き入れる請求項5記 載の方法。 12.工程Bは、各シートに対して、仕上げられた底支持面と、少なくとも二 つの仕上げられた隣接支持面と、前記底支持面にネジ穴と、を形成することを含 む請求項1記載の方法。
