Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.再充電電気化学セル用の陰極材料であって、該セルは陽極および電解質をも 備え、該陰極が、式LiMPO4を有する化合物を含み、Mが少なくとも1つの 第1列遷移金属カチオンである、陰極材料。 2.Mが、Mn、Fe、CoおよびNiよりなる群から選択される、請求項1に 記載の陰極材料。 3.Mが、複数のカチオンの組合せであり、該カチオンの少なくとも1つが、M n、Fe、CoおよびNiよりなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の陰極材 料。 4.Mが、Fe1-xMnxまたはFe1-xTixであり、0<x<1である、請求項 3に記載の陰極材料。 5.前記陰極材料が、式LiFePO4を有する、請求項2に記載の陰極材料。 6.再充電電気化学セル用の陰極材料であって、該セルは陽極および電解質をも 備え、該陰極材料が、式YxM2(PO4)3を有する菱面体晶NASICON材料 を含み、Mが少なくとも1つの第1列遷移金属カチオンであり、0≦x≦5であ り、YがLiまたはNaである、陰極材料。 7.Mが、Fe、V、MnおよびTiよりなる群から選択される、請求項5に記 載の陰極材料。 8.前記陰極材料が、式Li3+xFe2(PO4)3を有し、0≦x≦2である、請 求項7に記載の陰極材料。 9.前記陰極材料が、式Li3Fe2(PO4)3を有する、請求項7に記載の陰極 材料。 10.式Li1+xTi2(PO4)3を有する、請求項7に記載の陰極材料。 11.式Li2FeTi(PO4)3を有する、請求項7に記載の陰極材料。 12.式LixTiNb(PO4)3を有し、0≦x≦2である、請求項7に記載 の陰極材料。 13.式Li1+xFeNb(PO4)3を有し、0≦x≦2である、請求項7に記 載の陰極材料。 14.(a)Na2Fe2(PO4)3を調製する工程と、 (b)イオン交換反応が起こるように該Na2Fe2(PO4)3を溶融リチウム 塩に接触させる工程と、 を包含する方法によって調製される、請求項7に記載の陰極材料。 15.直接固体状態反応によって調製される、請求項7に記載の陰極材料。 16.再充電電気化学セル用の陰極材料であって、該セルは陽極および電解質を も備え、該陰極材料が、式YxM2(PO4)y(XO4)3-yを有する菱面体晶NA SICON材料を含み、0<y≦3であり、Mが遷移金属原子であり、0≦x≦ 5であり、YがLiまたはNaであり、X=Si、AsまたはSである、陰極材 料。 17.前記陰極材料が、式Li1+xFe2(SO4)2(PO4)を有し、0≦x≦ 2である、請求項16に記載の陰極材料。 18.(a)FeCl3、(NH4)2SO4およびLiH2PO4を含む水性溶液を 調製する工程と、 (b)該溶液を蒸発させて乾燥材料を得る工程と、 (c)該乾燥材料を約500℃に加熱する工程と、 を包含する方法によって調製される、請求項17に記載の陰極材料。 19.再充電電気化学セル用の陰極材料であって、該セルは陽極および電解質を も備え、該陰極材料が、式A3-xV2(PO4)3を有する菱面体晶NASICON 材料を含み、AがLi、Naまたはその組合せであり得、0≦X≦2である、陰 極材料。 20.前記陰極材料が、式Li2-xNaV2(PO4)3を有し、0≦x≦2である 、請求項19に記載の陰極材料。 21.(a)Na3V2(PO4)3を調製する工程と、 (b)イオン交換反応が起こるように該Na3V2(PO4)3を溶融リチウム塩 に接触させる工程と、 を包含する方法によって調製される、請求項19に記載の陰極材料。 22.直接固体状態反応によって調製される、請求項19に記載の陰極材料。 23.陽極、陰極および電解質を備えた2次電池であって、該陰極は、式LiM PO4を有する定序橄欖石化合物を含み、Mが少なくとも1つの第1列遷移金属 カチオンである、電池。 24.Mが、Mn、Fe、CoおよびNiよりなる群から選択される、請求項2 3に記載の電池。 25.Mが、複数のカチオンの組合せであり、該カチオンの少なくとも1つが、 Mn、Fe、CoおよびNiよりなる群から選択される、請求項23に記載の電 池。 26.MがFe1-xMnxまたはFe1-xTixであり、0≦x≦1である、請求項 25に記載の電池。 27.陽極、陰極および電解質を備えた2次電池であって、該陰極は、式YxM2 (PO4)3を有する菱面体晶NASICON材料を含み、Mが少なくとも1つの 第1列遷移金属カチオンで、0≦x≦5であり、YがLiまたはNaであり、該 材料がLi2+xFeTi(PO4)3以外である、電池。 28.Mが、Fe、V、MnおよびTiよりなる群から選択される、請求項27 に記載の電池。 29.前記陰極材料が、式Li3+xFe2(PO4)3を有し、0≦X≦2である、 請求項28に記載の電池。 30.前記陰極材料が、式Li3Fe2(PO4)3を有する、請求項29に記載の 電池。 31.前記陰極材料が、式Li2FeTi(PO4)3を有する、請求項28に記載 の電池。 32.前記陰極材料が、式LixTiNb(PO4)3を有し、0≦x≦2である 、請求項28に記載の電池。 33.前記陰極材料が、式Li1+xFeNb(PO4)3を有し、0≦x≦2であ る、請求項28に記載の電池。 34.陽極、陰極および電解質を備えた2次電池であって、該陰極は、式YxM2 (PO4)y(XO4)3-yを有する菱面体晶NASICON材料を含み、0<y≦ 3であり、Mが遷移金属原子であり、0≦x≦5であり、YがLiまたはNaで あり、X=Si、AsまたはSである、電池。 35.前記陰極材料が、式Li1+xFe2(PO4)(SO4)2を有し、0≦x≦ 2である、請求項34に記載の電池。 36.陽極、陰極および電解質を備えた2次電池であって、該陰極は、式A3-x V2(PO4)3を有する菱面体晶NASICON材料を含み、AがLi、Naま たはその組合せであり得、0≦x≦2である、電池。 37.前記陰極材料が、式Li2+xNaV2(PO4)3を有し、0≦x≦2である 、請求項36に記載の電池。
