Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.競合的又は非競合的イムノアッセイ法であって、以下の工程; −反応ウェル内の固相上にアッセイ特異的成分を固定化し; −標識されたアッセイ特異的成分を添加し; −上記成分を乾燥させ; −分析されるべきマーカーを含有するサンプルを添加し; −上記マーカーが上記アッセイ特異的成分と反応することを許容し;そして −上記標識からのシグナルを検出する、 を含む、前記イムノアッセイ法。 2.競合的又は非競合的イムノアッセイ法であって、以下の工程; −分析されるべきマーカーを含有するサンプルを、反応ウェル; 上記反応ウェル内の固相上に直接的に又はアフィニティー対を介して固定化され たアッセイ特異的成分;標識されたアッセイ特異的成分を含むデバイスに添加し 、ここで、そのデバイス内で、上記の固定化された成分と標識が乾燥されており ; −上記マーカーが上記アッセイ特異的成分と反応することを許容し;そして −上記標識からのシグナルを検出する、 を含む、前記イムノアッセイ法。 3.前記反応ウェルが、通常のマイクロタイトレーション・ウェルのサイズ又 はそれより小さなサイズを有する、請求項1又は2に記載のアッセイ法。 4.前記の免疫反応が1のインキュベーション手順内で行われる 、請求項1又は2に記載のアッセイ法。 5.抗体又は抗原であることができる、前記標識された成分から前記の固定化 された成分を分離する遮断層が、乾燥前に添加される、請求項1又は2に記載の アッセイ法。 6.前記の固定化された成分と標識された成分、抗体と抗原が、いずれの遮断 層を伴わずに前記乾燥ウェル内に存在する、請求項1又は2に記載の競合的アッ セイ法。 7.前記遮断層が、タンパク質及び/又は炭水化物、並びに前記の必要なアッ セイ特異的成分を含む、請求項5に記載のアッセイ法。 8.前記の事前に添加されたアッセイ特異的成分が風乾されている、請求項1 又は2に記載のアッセイ法。 9.前記のサンプルが、血清、血漿又は全血から成る群から選ばれた、請求項 1又は2に記載のアッセイ法。 10.前記ランタニド・キレートが、アッセイ特異的成分を標識するために使用 される、請求項1又は2に記載のアッセイ法。 11.前記ランタニド・キレートが、時間分解フルオロメトリーにより計測され る、請求項10に記載のアッセイ法。 12.前記ランタニド・キレートが、時間分解フルオロメトリーにより、 −溶液中で、又は −前記固相上で直接的に、 計測される、請求項10に記載のアッセイ法。 13.2以上の分析物が、異なる分析物について異なるランタニド・キレート標 識を使用することにより1の単反応ウェル内で計測されている、請求項10に記載 のアッセイ法。 14.前記反応ウェル内の乾燥成分が、 −ミオグロビン; −クレアチン・キナーゼ・アイソザイムMB; −心臓特異的トロポニンI; −ヒト・グリコーゲン・ホスホリラーゼ・アイソザイムBB; −ミオグロビン及びクレアチン・キナーゼ・アイソザイムMB;又は −ミオグロビン、クレアチン・キナーゼ・アイソザイムMB及び心臓特異的トロ ポニンI、 に特異的である、請求項1又は2に記載のアッセイ法。 15.競合的及び/又は非競合的イムノアッセイにおける使用のためのデバイス であって; −反応ウェル; −上記反応ウェルの表面上に、直接的にか又は第2の固定化試薬を介して、固 定化されたアッセイ特異的成分; −標識されたアッセイ特異的成分;及び −場合により、上記の標識された成分から上記の固定化された成分を分離する 遮断層、 を含み、このデバイス内で、上記の固定化された成分、上記の標識された成分及 び上記の任意的遮断層が全て乾燥されている、前記デバイス。
