Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1個の固定され実質的にフラットな濾材を収容するハウジングで あって、濾材には、その周囲の領域に、濾過すべき液体が少なくとも1個の供給 路を通じて供給され、濾過された流体は、濾材から少なくとも1個の下流通路を 通じてハウジングを出るものと、 少なくとも1個のスクレーパ部材であって、濾材の上流側面に押し付けられ スクレーパ支持体に可動自在に結合される擦り落とし端を備え、スクレーパ支持 体は、濾材の上流側面に対して実質的に垂直に位置する軸線を中心として、駆動 手段により回転自在であり、スクレーパ部材は、濾材の上流側面に付着した不純 物を擦り落として濾材の中央部方向に運ぶものであり、不純物は、少なくとも1 個のスクリュにより濾材の中央部からハウジング外に少なくとも1個の取り出し 通路を通じて運び出され、取り出し通路は、濾材の中央部を起点とし、不純物を ハウジングから運び出すものとからなる、不純物、特に固体粒子を含む液体用の 、好ましくは、可塑化された熱可塑性合成樹脂材料用の濾過装置において、 少なくとも1個のスクレーパ部材(17)は、スクレーパ支持体(12)に 軸(18)を中心として旋回自在に結合され、軸(18)からスクレーパ支持体 (12)の回転方向に濾材(5)に対して斜めに突出し、スクレーパ部材(17 )の擦り落とし端(31)は、濾過すべき液体の反作用圧力によりスクレーパ部 材(17)の回転中、濾材(5)に押し付けられることを特徴とする濾過装置。 2.スクレーパ部材(17)は、少なくとも1個の直線状擦り落とし端(31) が旋回軸(18)に対して平行にのび、擦り落とし端(31)の外端(34)は 、スクレーパ支持体(12)の回転軸線(14)を起点とし擦り落とし端(31 )の内端(35)にのびる半径方向線に対して、スクレーパ支持体(12)の回 転方向の観点から進角していることを特徴とする、 請求項1に記載の濾過装置。 3.突出部(37)が、スクレーパ支持体(12)に擦り落とし端(31)の内 端(35)に近接して設けられ、突出部は、スクレーパ支持体(12)の中央領 域(32)に向かって方向付けられて不純物を濾材(5)の中央部の方に運ぶこ とを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の濾過装置。 4.突出部(37)は、棚状の突起であり、この棚状の突起(37)は、その長 さ方向部分が、スクレーパ部材(17)の擦り落とし端(31)の長さ方向にの びることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の濾過装置。 5.スクレーパ部材(17)は、板(21)を備え、板は、その縁で円筒形状部 材(19)に結合されるか又は円筒形状部材と一体となり、円筒形状部材は、ス クレーパ支持体(12)の整合穴(24)に挿入されて、板(21)用の旋回軸 受を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1に記載の濾過装 置。 6.スクレーパ支持体(12)の、円筒形状部材(19)を囲む領域(23)は 、スクレーパ支持部材(17)の旋回領域用の制限ストッパを構成することを特 徴とする、請求項5に記載の濾過装置。 7.円筒形状部材(19)は、円形断面を有する棒体又は2個の半円形断面を有 する棒体により構成され、棒体は、横断方向にのびるねじ又はピンにより板(2 1)に結合され、穴(24)から抜け落ちないように、好ましくは穴(24)の 端部を閉じスクレーパ支持体(12)にねじ止めされた閉塞部材(25)により 固定されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の濾過装置。 8.スクレーパ部材(17)は、摩擦部材(26)であって擦り落とし端(31 )を構成し好ましくは交換可能なものを保持することを特徴とする、請求項1な いし7のいずれか1に記載の濾過装置。 9.供給路(3)は、2個の隣り合う濾材(5)であって好ましくは互い に平行に配置されな濾材間の室(4)に通じ、スクレーパ支持体(12)は、濾 材(5)の双方に共同使用され、濾材(5)と好ましくは対になって組み合うス クレーパ部材(17)を、両面に支持し、これらスクレーパ部材(17)のそれ ぞれは、濾材(5)と向かい合う端部に、擦り落とし端(31)を構成する部材 であって好ましくは摩擦部材(26)を保持し、スクレーパ支持体(12)の一 方の面のスクレーパ部材は、スクレーパ支持体(12)の他方の面のスクレーパ 部材(17)と交換可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか 1に記載の濾過装置。 10.少なくとも1個の供給路(3)は、分配室(56)に通じ、分配室は、そ の周囲部の少なくとも大部分に渡って濾材(5)を囲み、濾材(5)の上流側面 (11)と、又は2個の濾材(5)間に設けた室(4)と、中間壁(54)に設 けた複数個の開口(55)を通じて流れとして連通することを特徴とする、請求 項1ないし9のいずれか1に記載の濾過装置。 11.開口(55)は、粗い不純物用の予備濾材を構成することを特徴とする、 請求項11に記載の濾過装置。 12.環状中間壁(54)は、濾材(5)用取付部を構成することを特徴とする 、請求項10又は11に記載の濾過装置。
