Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式1及び2 [式中、Mは13族の元素を表す; RMは水素原子、ハロゲン原子又は下記の置換又は非置換基:即ち、アルキル 、シクロアルキル、アリール、アルコキシ、シクロアルコキシ、アリールオキシ 、アルキルチオ、シクロアルキルチオ又はアリールチオの一つ(これらの基にお いて、置換基はハロゲン原子、アルキル、ニトロ又はシアノ基である)を表す; A及びBは、独立して、2〜4個の炭素原子を有する、かつ、場合により下記 の置換又は非置換基:即ち、アルキル、シクロアルキル又はアリールの一つ(こ れらの基において、置換基はハロゲン原子、アルキル、ニトロ又はシアノ基であ る)により置換されている炭素鎖を表す; L1、L2及びL3は、独立して、式-E15(R15)-の基を表す;上記式において 、E15は15族の元素を表し;R15は水素原子;下記の置換又は非置換基:即ち、 アルキル、シクロアルキル又はアリールの一つ(これらの基において、置換基は ハロゲン原子、アルキル、ニトロ又はシアノ基である);式RR’R''E14-の 基(式中、E14は14族の元素を表し、R、R'及びR''は、独立して、水素原子を 表すか又は下記の置換又は非置換基:即ち、アルキル、シクロアルキル、アリー ル、アルコキシ、シクロアルコキシ、アリールオキシ、アルキルチオ、シクロア ルキルチオ又はアリールチオ基の一つを表し、これらの基において、置換基はハ ロゲン原子、アルキル、ニトロ又はシアノ基である);又は式SO2R’15の基 (式中、R’15はハロゲン原子、アルキル、ハロアルキル基を表わすか、又は場 合によりアルキル、ハロアルキル基及びハロゲンから選ばれた置換基の1個又は それ以上により置換され ているアリール基を表す)を表す; X1 -は元素Mにについての非配位アニオンを表す; R1は、水素原子、式RR'R''E14-(式中、E14、R、R'及びR''は前記の 意義を有する)の基又は下記の置換又は非置換基:即ち、アルキル、シクロアル キル又はアリール基の一つ(これらの基において、置換基はハロゲン原子、アル キル、ニトロ又はシアノ基である)を表す]の化合物。 2.Mがホウ素、アルミニウム又はガリウム原子を表し;RMが水素原子、ハ ロゲン原子、特に、塩素又はメチル基を表し;A及びBが、独立して、2〜4個 の炭素原子を有する炭素鎖、特に、2個の炭素原子を有する炭素鎖を表し;L1 及びL2が、独立して、式-E15(R15)-の基を表し、E15は窒素又は燐原子を表 し、R15は式RR'R''E14-の基を表し、ここで、E14は炭素又は珪素原子を表 し、R、R'及びR''は、独立して、水素原子又はアルキル基を表し;L3が式- E15(R15)-の基を表し、ここで、E15は窒素又は燐原子を表し、R15はアルキ ル基、又は式RR'R''E14-の基を表し、E14は珪素原子を表し、R、R'及び R''は、独立して、アルキル基を表し;R1が水素原子を表す、請求項1に記載 の一般式1及び2の化合物。 3.RMが水素原子、塩素原子又はメチル基を表し;A及びBが、独立して、 2個の炭素原子を有する炭素鎖を表し;L1及びL2が、独立して、イソプロピル アミノ基又はMe3SiNを表し;L3がメチルアミノ基又はMe3SiNを表す、請求項2 に記載の一般式1及び2の化合物。 4.下記の式に相当する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の一般式1の化合物 : [(Me3SiNCH2CH2)2NSiMe3]Al Cl; [(Me3SiNCH2CH2)2NMe]Al Cl; [(Me3SiNCH2CH2)2NMe]Al H; [(Me3SiNCH2CH2)2NMe]Al CH3; [(Me3SiNCH2CH2)2NSiMe3]GaCl; {[((CH3)2CHNCH2CH2)(CH3)2CHNHCH2CH2)NMe]Al Cl}{Al Cl4}; {[(Me3SiNCH2CH2)(Me3SiNHCH2CH2)NSiMe3]Al Cl}{Al Cl4} 5.一般式I: (L1-A-L3-B-L2)2~,2Y+ (I) (式中、L1、A,L3、B及びL2は請求項1に記載の意義を有し、Yはオルガ ノ金属基、金属原子又は水素原子を表す)の化合物を、一般式II: RMMZ1Z2 (II) (式中、RM及びMは請求項1に記載の意義を有し、Z1及びZ2は、独立して、 脱離性基を表す)の化合物と反応させて、一般式1: の化合物を得、一般式1の化合物を、一般式(III): R1X1 (III): (式中、R1及びX1は請求項1に記載の意義を有する)の化合物と反応させて、 一般式2の化合物を得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の-般式1及び2の 化合物の製造方法。 6.式IV: (式中、R1、L1、A,L3、B及びL2は請求項1に記載の意義を有し、Xは元 素Mについての配位アニオンを表す)の化合物を、式(V): MX'3 (V) (式中、Mは請求項1に記載の意義を有し、X'はハロゲン原子、アルキル又は アルコキシ基を表す)の化合物と反応させて、対応する化合物2を得ることを特 徴とする、請求項1に記載の一般式2の化合物の製造方法。 7.請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の式1又は2の化合物の、(共)重合 触媒としての使用。 8.複素環式化合物、特に、プロピレンオキシドのごときエポキシドの(共) 重合のための、請求項7に記載の使用。 9.環状エステル、特に、乳酸及び/又はグリコール酸の重合体状環状エステ ルの(共)重合のための、請求項7に記載の使用。 10.1種又はそれ以上の単量体、重合触媒及び重合溶媒を周囲温度〜150℃の 温度で1〜300時間、接触させることからなる重合又は共重合方法において、重 合触媒を請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の化合物から選択することを特徴とする 重合方法。 11.単量体はエポキシド、特にプロペンオキシド、又は、環状エステル、特に 、乳酸及び/又はグリコール酸の高分子環状エステルから選択する、請求項10に 記載の方法。 12.新規な工業的製品としての、請求項6に記載の式IVの化合物。
