Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.最小侵襲性外科手術で生じた小開腹部(112)を閉鎖するための縫合補 助装置において、横に旋回進出可能な少なくとも1つの偏平支え台(46)が柄 (12、72)の遠位端に配置されており、この支え台(46)を旋回させる操 作要素(26、80)を有し、支え台(46)が近位側に立てた動作位置(図2 )と横に開脚した動作位置(図1)と遠位側に倒した動作位置(図5)との間で 制御可能であることを特徴とする縫合補助装置。 2.支え台(46)が、相反する側の2つの羽根板(48、48’;89、8 9’)を有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲1記載の縫合補助装置。 3.操作要素(26、80)が柄(12、72)に沿って摺動可能な棒(28 、82)として構成されており、この棒が遠位側で関節式に支え台(46)に結 合されており、継手軸線(45)が支え台(46)の旋回軸線となることを特徴 とする、請求の範囲1又は2記載の縫合補助装置。 4.支え台(46)がその旋回軸線(45)から距離を置いて関節式に操作レ バー(50、50’;90、90’)の一端に結合され、他端が関節式に柄(1 2、72)に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜3のいずれか1 項記載の縫合補助装置。 5.支え台(46)の旋回軸線(45)と操作レバー(50、50’;90、 90’)の枢着部との間の距離が 支え台(46)の全長の約1/3に一致することを特徴とする、請求の範囲4記 載の縫合補助装置。 6.縫合補助装置(10、70)の近位端に向き合う支え台(46)の側面に 少なくとも1つの縫合工具用ガイド(49、49’;96、96’、97、97 ’)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜5のいずれか1項記載 の縫合補助装置。 7.操作要素(26、80)が回転防止して柄(12、72)内に収容されて いることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜6のいずれか1項記載の縫合補助装置。 8.近位側に立てた位置から横に開脚した動作位置へと支え台(46)が自動 的に移動するように、操作要素(26)がばね(34)の力によって付勢されて いることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜7のいずれか1項記載の縫合補助装置。 9.作業支え台(46)が中間位置(図3)までのみ横に開脚されるようにば ね(34)の力が調整されており、完全に横に開脚した動作位置の多少前にこの 中間位置があることを特徴とする、請求の範囲8記載の縫合補助装置。 10.支え台のその都度の旋回位置を表示する配向目印(104、105、1 06)が柄(12、72)及び/又は操作要素(26、80)に設けられている ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜9のいずれか1項記載の縫合補助装置。 11.特定の旋回位置で支え台(46)を固定すること のできる固定機構(20)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜 10のいずれか1項記載の縫合補助装置。 12.固定機構(20)が、旋回可能に柄(12、72)で支承されたばねレ バー(22)として構成されており、このばねレバーが、操作要素(26、80 )に設けられる適宜な切欠部(36、40;104、105、106)内に係合 する係止要素(24、102)を有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲11記載 の縫合補助装置。 13.切欠部(36、40;104、105、106)が、検知可能な係止を 引き起こす傾斜面(38)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲12記載 の縫合補助装置。 14.縫合補助装置を小開腹部に導入するために特殊な案内軌条(60)が設 けられていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜13のいずれか1項記載の縫合 補助装置。 15.案内軌条(60)が折曲把持部(64)を有することを特徴とする、請 求の範囲14記載の縫合補助装置。 16.案内軌条が操作要素の遠位端に案内ピン(108)用案内溝を有し、こ の案内ピンが縫合補助装置の感知可能な案内と案内軌条の侵入深さを基準として 縫合補助装置の侵入深さの制御とを可能とすることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1 4又は15記載の縫合補助装置。 17.案内軌条が目盛(68)を備えていることを特徴 とする、請求の範囲14〜16のいずれか1項記載の縫合補助装置。
