Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の繰返し単位:すなわち、 (式中、任意の単位においてxは2〜6から選択される整数であり、単位の少な くとも一部分においてRは1,3−フェニルであり、単位の少なくとも一部分に おいてRは1,4−フェニルであり、単位の少なくとも一部分においてRは2, 6−ナフチルである)を含み、密度が少なくとも約1.362g/cm3であるポリ エステル。 2.xが2である請求項1記載のポリエステル。 3.単位の約80〜約96モル%が、1,4−フェニルである請求項1記載の ポリエステル。 4.単位の約4〜約20モル%が、1,3−フェニル及び2,6−ナフチルで ある請求項3記載のポリエステル。 5.Rが1,3−フェニルである単位対Rが2,6−ナフチルである単位の割 合が、約1:5〜約5:1である請求項4記載のポリエステル。 6.該割合が、約1:2〜約2:1である請求項5記載のポリエステル。 7.請求項1記載の組成物を含む物品。 8.請求項1記載のポリエステルを含む容器。 9.請求項1記載のポリエステルを含む繊維。 10.請求項1記載のポリエステルを含むフィルム。 11.少なくとも約1.362g/cm3の密度を有する、テレフタレート部分、 イソフタレート部分及び2,6−ナフタレート部分を含むポリエステル組成物。 12.歪誘発結晶化と熱結晶化との組合わせにかけられる、テレフタレート部分 、イソフタレート部分及び2,6−ナフタレート部分を含むポリエステル組成物 。 13.請求項11記載のポリエステルを含むボトル。 14.請求項12記載のポリエステルを含むボトル。 15.以下の繰返し単位:すなわち、 (式中、任意の単位においてxは2〜6から選択される整数であり、単位の少な くとも一部分においてRは1,4−フェニルであり、全単位の少なくとも約5モ ル%においてRは1,3−フェニルである)を含み、密度が少なくとも約1.3 62g/cm3であるポリエステル。 16.全単位の約5〜約25モル%においてRが1,3−フェニルである請求 項15記載のポリエステル。 17.全単位の約5〜約25モル%においてRが1,3−ジフェニルである請 求項15記載のポリエステル。 18.xが2である請求項15記載のポリエステル。 19.請求項15記載のポリエステルを含む物品。 20.請求項15記載のポリエステルを含む容器。 21.請求項15記載のポリエステルを含む繊維。 22.請求項15記載のポリエステルを含むフィルム。 23.少なくとも約1.362g/cm3の密度を有する、テレフタレート部分及 び少なくとも約5モル%のイソフタレート部分を含むポリエステル組成物。 24.少なくとも約1.362g/cm3の密度を有する、テレフタレート部分と 少なくとも約8モル%のイソフタレート部分とを含むポリエステル組成物。 25.歪誘発結晶化と熱結晶化との組合わせにかけられる、テレフタレート部 分と少なくとも約5モル%のイソフタレート部分とを含むポリエステル組成物。 26.請求項23記載のポリエステルを含むボトル。 27.請求項25記載のポリエステルを含むボトル。 28.以下の繰返し単位:すなわち、(式中、任意の単位においてxは2〜6から選択される整数であり、単位の少な くとも一部分においてRは1,3−フェニルであり、単位の少なくとも一部分に おいてRは1,4−フェニルであり、及び単位の少なくとも一部分においてRは 2,6−ナフチルである)を含むポリエステル組成物を、歪誘発結晶化にかけ、 場合によってはその後、熱結晶化にかけて、少なくとも約1.362g/cm3のポ リエステル密度を達成する工程を含む、高密度ポリエステルを作る方法。 29.歪誘発結晶化を、ボトル吹込成形装置において行う請求項28記載の方 法。 30.以下の繰返し単位:すなわち、 (式中、任意の単位においてxは2〜6から選択される整数であり、単位の少な くとも一部分においてRは1,4−フェニルであり、及び全単位の少なくとも約 5モル%においてRは1,3−フェニルである)を含むポリエステル組成物を、 歪誘発結晶化にかけ、場合によってはその後、熱結晶化にかけて、少なくとも約 1.362g/cm3のポリエステル密度を達成する工程を含む、高密度ポリエステ ルを作る方法。 31.歪誘発結晶化を、ボトル吹込成形装置において行う請求項30記載の方 法。 32.テレフタレート部分対イソフタレート部分と2,6−ナフタレート部分 との組合わせのモル比が、約96:4〜約80:20であり、イソフタレート部 分対2,6−ナフタレート部分のモル比が、約5:1〜約1:5である 請求項11記載のポリエステル。 33.テレフタレート部分対イソフタレート部分のモル比が、約95:5〜約 75:25である請求項23記載のポリエステル。 34.モル比が、92:8〜約82:18である請求項33記載のポリエステ ル。
