Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.回転子軸(1,23)を具備する回転子、シール手段と共にダンパ(5) を含む歯車(3)と噛み合うエンドレススクリュを含む減速ギアボックス(2) 、および前記ダンパにより回転する出力部材から成り、前記シール手段は歯車( 3)の環状壁(12)、および前記環状壁(12)と前記ギアボックスの壁(1 3)間に配設されるシール(9)から成り、前記シールは前記ギアボックスへ固 定されかつ前記環状壁上に慴動より当接し、または前記環状壁へ固定されて前記 ギアボックス上に慴動により当接して、前記シール(9)の少なくとも1つのリ ップ(9a)と前記環状壁間を封止する構成であることを特徴とする、車両設備 を駆動するためのモータ減速装置。 2.前記ダンパは1片として形成され、前記歯車の半径方向のフィン(7)、 および出力部材(10;15)を駆動するための要素(11;30)を収容でき る複数の周辺切欠き(8)を有し、かつ前記切欠きの縁部は面取り(90)され ていることを特徴とする、請求項1のモータ減速装置。 3.前記ダンパ(5)は少なくともその一面上に、前記歯車(3)と前記出力 部材(11;15)間に画定されかつ圧縮時の前記ダンパの膨張に必要な容積を 提供するキャビティ内にセンタリングするための手段を具備することを特徴とす る、請求項1のモータ減速装置。 4.前記センタリング手段は前記ダンパ(5)のレスト(rest)と一体成 形されかつ前記ダンパの少なくとも1側面から突出するスタッド(98)である ことを特徴とする、請求項3のモータ減速装置。 5.前記シール(9)は前記ギアボックスへ圧力嵌めされたワッシャ(40) によりその壁に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1のモータ減速装置。 6.前記シール(9)は前記ギアボックスの壁(13)に係止する弾性タブ( 14)により前記ギアボックスへ固定されている、請求項5のモータ減速装置。 7.前記ダンパ(5)、前記シール(9)および前記歯車(3)と同軸のドラ ム(11)から成り、前記ドラムはケーブル操作式窓昇降機用のケーブルを保持 する、前記ドラムは前記ダンパと一体的に回転するための固定手段を具備するこ とを特徴とする、請求項5のモータ減速装置。 8.前記固定手段は前記ダンパ(5)と共働する前記ドラム(11)のフィン ガ(10)から成ることを特徴とする、請求項7のモータ減速装置。 9.前記出力部材(15)は前記歯車(3)の内側のハブ(17)と単一片に 形成されたピニオン(16)であり、このピニオンは焼成鋼で形成され、かつ前 記ハブは前記出力部材を前記ダンパへ固定して一体的に回転させるための前記ダ ンパ(5)と共働するフィンガ(30)を具備することを特徴とする、請求項5 のモータ減速装置。 10.前記回転子軸(23)は固定子(20)に取付けられ、かつリング(2 4)が前記回転子軸と前記固定子間に挿入され、前記リングは前記固定子の内壁 の直径と等しい外径(d2)を有しかつ回転子軸(23)の直径(d)よりも大 きい内径(d1)を有する第1部(25)、および前記回転子軸の直径(d)と 等しい内径を有しかつ前記固定子の内径よりも小さい外径(d2)を有する第2 部(26)から成る2つの半径方向に段を形成する部で形成され、 それにより環状ギャップ(28)が前記第2部(26)と前記固定子の内壁間に 形成され、かつ環状ギャップ(27)が前記回転子軸と前記第1部(25)間に 画定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1のモータ減速装 置。 11.本モータ減速装置は弾性材で形成された減速ストッパ(l9)、および このストッパに埋設された金属ワッシャ(21)から成り、かつ前記回転子軸( 1)の端部は軸方向の遊びを自動捕正するために予備負荷により前記ワッシャを 付勢する構成であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1のモータ減 速装置。 12.本モータ減速装置は弾性材料によるダンパ(15)、および本モータ減 速装置の作動時に前記ダンパによる加わる軸圧縮力(F)を所定値(F2)に制 限することのできる剛性ストッパ手段(18,21)から成り、かつ剛性ストッ パ(18)は回転子軸(6)の軸を中心とする回転を阻止する手段(22,23 )を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1のモータ減速装 置。 13.前記剛性ストッパ(18)は端部(6a)と前記軸(6)間に挿入され ていて、かつ前記ダンパ(15)は前記ギアボックス(14)内で前記軸(6) に対して軸方向に慴動して前記ギアボックスの端部内に形成されたストッパ手段 (21)と接触する構成であることを特徴とする、請求項12のモータ減速装置 。 14.前記ストッパ手段は前記ダンパ(15)と対面する前記ギアボックス( 14)の内壁(13)内に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項13のモー タ減速装置。 15.回転を阻止する手段は少なくとも1つの半径方向のタブ(22)、かつ 好適には前記剛性ストッパ(18)の周辺から突出していて前記ギアボックス( 14)の内壁(13)の対応する切欠き (23)と係合する半径方向において対峙した2つのタブ(22)から成り、前 記切欠きは前記剛性ストッパ(18)の軸方向の遊びに等しい移動範囲(d)に わたる慴動を可能にする長孔を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項12のモ ータ減速装置。
