Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 液状の沸騰性炭化水素重合媒体からなる液相を含有すると共に前記液相よ りも上方に蒸気空間を有する反応器にて、陽イオン型触媒の存在下に溶液にて行 われるオレフィンの重合による、低い触媒残渣および/または低い塩素含有量を 有する低い多分散指数のオレフィンポリマーを製造する方法において、重合を前 記重合に際しフォーム形成を抑制しうる非機械的作用物質の存在下に行うことを 特徴とするオレフィンポリマーの製造方法。 2. 液状の沸騰性炭化水素重合媒体からなる液相を含有すると共に前記液相よ り上方に蒸気空間を有する反応器にて、陽イオン型触媒の存在下に行われるオレ フィンの溶液重合における、低い触媒残渣および/または低い塩素含有量を有す るオレフィンポリマーの多分散指数を減少させる方法において、重合を前記重合 に際しフォーム形成を抑制しうる非機械的作用物質の存在下に行うことを特徴と するオレフィンポリマーの多分散指数の減少方法。 3. フォーム形成を抑制しうる作用物質が、反応器内の液相よりも上方の蒸気 空間に導入される液状炭化水素スプレーであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項または第2項に記載の方法。 4. 液状炭化水素スプレーを、前記蒸気空間を前記液相から分離する液相の表 面より少なくとも1m上方の高さにて蒸気空間に導入することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 5. 液状炭化水素スプレーを、反応器内の液相の温度よりも低い温度にて蒸気 空間に導入することを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項または第4項に記載の方法。 6. 液状炭化水素スプレーが、反応器への新鮮オレフィン液体供給物の1部ま たは全部よりなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3〜5項のいずれか一項に記載 の方法。 7. 液状炭化水素スプレーが、反応器の蒸気空間から逸散する縮合性ガスの冷 却および凝縮の後に得られる液体の全部もしくは1部よりなることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第3〜6項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8. 液状炭化水素スプレーが、反応器から抜き取られた液相の1部よりなるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第3〜7項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9. オレフィンの重合を連続的に行うと共に、液状炭化水素スプレーを反応器 の蒸気空間に連続導入することを特徴とする請求の範囲第3〜8項のいずれか一 項に記載の方法。 10. フォーム形成を抑制しうる作用物質が、液相の温度よりも低い温度にて 反応器に導入される新鮮オレフィン液体供給物であることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法。 11. 新鮮オレフィン液体供給物の温度が、反応器における液相の温度よりも 2〜30℃低いことを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載の方法。 12. 新鮮オレフィン液体供給物を反応器の液相中へ導入することを特徴とす る請求の範囲第10項または第11項に記載の方法。 13. 新鮮オレフィン液体供給物を反応器の蒸気空間に導入することを特徴と する請求の範囲第10項または第11項に記載の方法。 14. オレフィンの重合を連続的に行うと共に、新鮮オレフィン液体供給物を 反応器中へ連続導入することを特徴とする請求の範囲第10〜13項のいずれか 一項に記載の方法。 15. フォーム形成を抑制しうる作用物質が化学フォーム抑制剤であることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法。 16. 化学フォーム抑制剤をポリオキシアルキレングリコールおよびシリコー ンよりなる群から選択することを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。 17. シリコーンが5〜1 000 000センチストークスの範囲の25℃ における動粘度を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第16項に記載の方法。 18. ポリオキシアルキレングリコールが、酸化エチレン単位に基づくブロッ クと酸化プロピレン単位に基づくブロックとからなるブロックポリオキシアルキ レングリコールであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第16項に記載の方法。 19. 化学フォーム抑制剤を液相に対し0.01〜100重量ppmの濃度に て反応器の液相に存在させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第16〜18項のいず れか一項に記載の方法。 20. オレフィンの重合を連続的に行うと共に、化学フォーム抑制剤を反応器 中へ連続導入することを特徴とする請求の範囲第16〜19項のいずれか一項に 記載の方法。 21. 重合に使用するオレフィンが少なくとも1種のC4オレフィン、好まし くはイソブテンであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜20項のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。
