Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(1)パラジウム化合物の溶液で多孔質触媒担体媒体を含浸させ、ついで、 触媒担体表面上でパラジウム化合物をコロイド金属パラジウムの第1のシェルコ ーティングに還元させることにより、前駆体触媒を形成し;次いで (2)前駆体触媒を有機金属金化合物の溶液で含浸させ、次いで金化合物を触媒担 体表面上でコロイド金属金の第2のシエル分散コーティングに還元させてバイメ タルパラジウム-金触媒を形成する ことを含む、エチレン、酢酸及び酸素から酢酸ビニルを製造するための触媒の製 造方法。 2.段階(1)の触媒担体媒体をパラジウム化合物の水溶液で含浸させ、次いで パラジウム化合物を還元前にアルカリ性水溶液で担体媒体に固定させる、請求項 1に記載の方法。 3.段階(1)の触媒担体媒体を有機金属パラジウム化合物の有機溶媒溶液で含 浸させる、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.段階(2)の有機金属金化合物が三酢酸金である、請求項1に記載の方法。 5.段階(2)の有機金属金化合物が酢酸ジメチル金である、請求項1に記載の 方法。 6.段階(2)の有機金属金化合物が、トリメチルシロキシジメチル金である、 請求項1に記載の方法。 7.段階(2)の有機金属金化合物が、トリメチルシリルメチルトリフェニルホ スフィン金である、請求項1に記載の方法。 8.触媒生成物が、触媒重量をベースとして約0.2から2.5重量%の金属パラジ ウム含量及び約0.2から2.5重量%の金属金含量を有する、請求項1に記載の方法 。 9.触媒担体媒体が、シリカ基材である、請求項1に記載の方法。 10.金属担体媒体が、アルミナ基材である、請求項1に記載の方法。 11.触媒生成物が、約0.5から10:1のパラジウム:金重量比を有する、請求 項1に記載の方法。 12.追加の工程において、触媒生成物をアルカリ金属アルカノエート活性剤 の水溶液に含浸させ、次いで乾燥させて、酢酸ビニルを製造するために増強され た活性を有する触媒生成物を提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。 13.活性剤添加剤が、酢酸アルカリ金属である、請求項12に記載の方法。 14.請求項1に記載の方法により製造した、エチレン、酢酸及び酸素から酢 酸ビニルを製造するための触媒組成物。 15.触媒組成物が触媒担体表面上にコロイド金属パラジウムの第1のシェル 分散コーティングを含有し、触媒担体表面にコロイド金属金の第2のシェル分散 コーティングを含有し、前記触媒組成物が請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記 載の方法により製造されたものである、エチレン、酢酸及び酸素から酢酸ビニル を製造するための不均質バイメタルパラジウム-金触媒組成物。 16.金属パラジウム含量が触媒重量をベースとして0.2から2.5重量% であり、金属金含量が約0.2から2.5重量%である、請求項15に記載の触媒組成 物。 17.パラジウム:金の重量比が約0.5から10:1である、請求項15に記載の 触媒組成物。 18.触媒担体媒体がシリカ基材である、請求項15に記載の触媒組成物。 19.触媒担体媒体がアルミナ基材である、請求項15に記載の触媒組成物。 20.請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載の触媒で製造した酢酸ビニル。
