Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車のフレームから車の座席へ伝えられる振動を減衰させる制御式座席緩 衝装置で、前記座席が前記座席を前記フレームに取付けるための支持機構とばね 機構を備える座席懸架装置を有するものにおいて、 a)前記座席と前記フレームの間に前記座席懸架装置に並列に相互接続さ れ、可変強さを有する場にさらすことによって変えられるレオロジカル特 性を有する制御可能な流体を備える制御式緩衝器と、 b)前記座席懸架装置の一部分に接続され、前記座席の一部分を監視する 主センサと、 c)前記レオロジカル特性を調節して前記制御式緩衝器による力出力を少 なくとも三つの異なる出力レベルの間で変えるために前記制御式緩衝器に 送る適当な制御信号を計算するための制御アルゴリズムを導入した電子制 御装置と、 d)前記センサ、前記電子制御装置及び前記制御式緩衝器を相互に接続し 、かつ前記各構成要素の少なくとも一つを電源と相互接続して電流信号を 各構成要素へ及びデータ信号を各構成要素間に伝える配線ハーネスと を備える制御式座席緩衝装置。 2.前記電子制御装置が前記制御式緩衝器による前記力出力を定められた範 囲にわたって連続的に調節できるようにする連続的に調節可能な制御信号を与え る請求項1に記載の制御式座席緩衝装置。 3.前記制御式緩衝器が前記座席と前記フレームのうちの一方に接続された シリンダ及び前記シリンダ内を滑動可能で前記座席と前記フレームのうちの他方 に接続されたピストンを備え、前記ピストンが前記シリンダ内に第1及び第2の 室を定める請求項1に記載の制御式座席緩衝装置。 4.前記ピストンが軸方向にそれを貫通して伸びる穴及び前記流体の前記レ オロジカル特性を変えるために前記穴を少なくとも部分的に取巻く場発生コイル を備える請求項3に記載の制御式座席緩衝装置。 5.前記制御可能な流体が磁気レオロジカル流体であり、前記場発生コイル が前記コイルを通る電流の大きさに比例する磁界を誘導する通電巻線である請求 項4に記載の制御式座席緩衝装置。 6.前記制御式緩衝器がさらに前記シリンダ内に前記制御可能な流体を加圧 可能なコンパートメントから離す副ピストンを備える請求項3に記載の制御式座 席緩衝装置。 7.前記電子制御装置に情報入力を与える副センサ装置をさらに備える請求 項1に記載の制御式座席緩衝装置。 8.前記副センサ装置がブレーキセンサ、クラッチセンサ、着席者センサ、 かじ取り角センサ、ギヤシフト位置センサ、速度センサ及び転覆センサを含む群 の中の少なくとも一つを備える請求項7に記載の制御式座席緩衝装置。 9.制御された柔、中及び固い乗り心地を表す三つの位置のうちの一つに運 転者によって手動で設定できる乗り心地モードスイッチを備え、前記電子制御装 置が前記乗り心地モードスイッチの設定値と共同して加えられる一群の乗り心地 パラメータを選択し、二、三の所定の条件が起こると前記手動設定値を無効にす る請求項1に記載の制御式座席緩衝装置。 10.入れると、前記制御式座席緩衝装置に前記座席を均一な座席高さに保 たせる座席高さ調節スイッチをさらに備える請求項1に記載の制御式座席緩衝装 置。 11.制御式座席緩衝装置を制御する速度制御法であり、 a)前記制御式緩衝器の第1の変位を検知するステップと、 b)前記第1の変位を制御装置に送出するステップと、 c)前記制御式緩衝器の次の変位を検知するステップと、 d)前記次の変位を前記制御装置に送出するステップと、 e)前記制御式緩衝器の変位速度を求めるために前記第1及び次の変位を 前記制御装置内のフィルタを介して処理するステップと、 f)前記変位速度が正か負かを決めるステップと、 g)入力利得を前記変位速度が正であれば所望の伸長利得に、そして前記 変位速度が負であれば所望の圧縮利得に設定するステップと、 h)正であれば前記変位速度に等しく、そして、負であれば前記変位速度 の絶対値に等しい出力信号を導出するステップと、 i)前記出力信号を予め設定したヌルバンドと比較して前記信号が前記ヌ ルバンドの範囲内に入るかどうかを決めるステップと、 j)前記出力信号が前記ヌルバンド範囲内にあれば出力制御信号を最小値 に設定し、前記出力信号が前記ヌルバンドの範囲内になければ前記出力信 号にステップg)において設定された適当な利得を乗ずるステップと、 k)前記出力制御信号を制御式緩衝器に送って適当な値に設定する制御式 緩衝器の力信号を調節するステップと を備える制御式座席緩衝装置を制御する速度制御法。 12. l)前記制御式緩衝器の前記変位がエンドストップ限界内にあるかどうか を決めるステップと、 m)限界内にあれば、前記出力信号に予め設定したエンドストップ利得を 乗じて代わりの出力制御信号を作るステップと、 n)前記代わりの出力制御信号を前記制御式緩衝器に送って制御式緩衝器 の力出力設定をエンドストップ衝突を減らすに適当な値に調節するステッ プと、 をさらに備える請求項11に記載の速度制御法。 13.履行されるとき所望の減衰を作るのに所望のレベルに前記予め設定し たエンドストップ利得を設定するステップをさらに備える請求項12に記載の速 度制御法。 14.上限と下限を前記予め設定されたヌルバンドに入力するステップをさ らに備える請求項11に記載の速度制御法。 15.前記制御式座席緩衝装置によって取り扱われる前記制御式座席緩衝装 置によって遭遇される最低の周波数を制御するために入力フィルタ周波数を調節 するステップをさらに備える請求項11に記載の速度制御法。 16.前記入力フィルタ周波数を調節するステップが平均する時定数を調節 して前記制御装置を所望の乗り心地に調節することによって達成される請求項1 1に記載の速度制御法。 17.制御式座席緩衝装置を制御する速度制御法であり、 a)前記制御式緩衝器の第1の変位を検知するステップと、 b)前記第1の変位を制御装置に送出するステップと、 c)前記制御式緩衝器の次の変位を検知するステップと、 d)前記次の変位を前記制御装置に送出するステップと、 e)前記制御式緩衝器の変位速度を求めるために前記第1及び次の変位を 前記制御装置内のフィルタを介して処理するステップと、 f)前記変位速度が正か負かを決めるステップと、 g)入力利得を前記変位速度が正であれば所望の伸長利得に、そして前記 変位速度が負であれば所望の圧縮利得に設定するステップと、 h)正であれば前記変位速度に等しく、そして、負であれば前記変位速度 の絶対値に等しい出力信号を導出するステップと、 i)前記出力信号を予め設定したヌルバンドと比較して前記信号が前記ヌ ルバンドの範囲内に入るかどうかを決めるステップと、 j)前記出力信号が前記ヌルバンド範囲内にあれば、出力制御信号を最小 値に設定するステップと、 k)前記出力信号が前記ヌルバンドの範囲内になければ、前記制御式緩衝 器の前記変位がエンドストップ限界にあるかどうかを決めるステップと、 l)限界内にあれば、前記出力信号に予め設定したエンドストップ利得を 乗じて出力制御信号を作るステップと、 m)前記出力信号が前記エンドストップ限界内になけれは、出力制御信号 を作るためにステップg)において設定された適当な利得を乗ずるステッ プと、 n)ステップj),l)又はm)の間に作られた前記出力制御信号を制御 式緩衝器に送り、その力出力設定値を前記座席の誘起運動を減衰させるに 適当な値に調節するステップと を備える制御式座席緩衝装置を制御する速度制御法。
