Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.MRIシステム中に置かれた患者の関心のある領域から獲得したNMRデ ータを用いて画像を生み出す方法であって、 a)患者にコントラスト剤を注入する段階と、 b)MRIシステム中の監視パルス・シーケンスを使用して、患者の監視領域 からNMRデータを繰り返し獲得することによって監視信号を生み出す段階と、 c)監視信号の値を監視することによって関心のある領域へのコントラスト剤 の流れを検出する段階と、 d)関心のある領域へのコントラスト剤の流れが検出されたときに、MRIシ ステム中の一連の画像パルス・シーケンスを使用して関心のある領域からNMR 画像データを獲得する段階と、 e)獲得したNMR画像データを使用して画像を再構成する段階と を含む方法。 2.段階d)が、監視信号が指定されたしきい値を超えた後で実行される、請 求項1に記載の方法。 3.段階d)を実行する前に患者に信号を送り、NMR画像データを獲得する 前に患者が息止めを開始することができるようにする段階を含む、請求項1に記 載の方法。 4.監視信号が指定されたしきい値を超えたときに患者に信号が送られる、請 求項3に記載の方法。 5.監視パルス・シーケンスが、1つの磁場勾配を利用してRFパルスで励起 するための第1のスピンのスラブを選択し、NMRデータを獲得する間に第2の 読出し磁場勾配を利用する、請求項1に記載の方法。 6.第1のスピンのスラブと交差する第2のスピンのスラブを選択するために 、第3の磁場勾配が監視パルス・シーケンス中で利用される、請求項5に記載の 方法。 7.画像パルス・シーケンスが3DFTパルス・シーケンスであり、NMR画 像データが関心のある領域中の3次元体積を表す、請求項1に記載の方法。 8.監視信号の値が、監視領域から獲得した複数のNMRデータを平均するこ とによって決定される、請求項1に記載の方法。 9.監視信号の値が、監視パルス・シーケンスによって獲得されたNMR信号 を積分することによって決定される、請求項1に記載の方法。 10.段階(d)が、選択した数の標準偏差の分だけ監視信号の値がその平均 値を超えた後で実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。 11.監視領域が、NMR両像データがそこから獲得される関心のある領域内 にある、請求項1に記載の方法。 12.監視領域の少なくとも一部分が、NMR画像データがそこから獲得され る関心のある領域の外側にある、請求項1に記載の方法。 13.段階c)が、 コントラスト剤を注入する前に、監視パルス・シーケンスを使用して監視領域 からNMRデータを獲得することによって監視信号のベースライン値を測定し、 監視信号の前記ベースライン値に関して監視信号の監視値のしきい値を確立し 、 監視信号値がしきい値を超えたときに、関心のある領域にコントラスト剤が流 入していると判定する ことによって実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。 14.監視信号のベースライン値が、複数の患者の呼吸サイクルの間に監視領 域からNMRデータを獲得することによって測定される、請求項13に記載の方 法。 15.しきい値が、ベースライン値からの事前設定された偏差である、請求項 13に記載の方法。
