- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.製造工程において、中空ガラス容器の製造機械の後方に配置されている冷 却炉の出口の範囲内で、中空ガラス容器のコーティングを水が基剤の冷間コーテ ィング処理剤を用いて行なう、表面シール中空ガラス容器の製造方法において、 冷間コーティング処理剤が次の成分: I.次のもの: a)一般式 A−Si(R1)y(OR*)3-y I の、官能基を1個有するアルコキシシランQモル および b)次のもの α)一般式 R2−Si(OR**)3 II のトリアルコキシシラン および/または β)一般式 R3R4Si(OR***)2 III のジアルコキシシラン および/または γ)一般式 Si(OR****)4 IV のテトラアルコキシシラン から選択されたアルコキシシランMモル [上記式中Aは、少なくとも1つの直接または脂肪族または芳香族炭化水素を介 してケイ素と結合しているアミノ基、アルキルアミノ基、ジアルキルアミノ基、 アミド基、エポキシ基、アクリルオキシ基、メタクリルオキシ基、シアノ基、イ ソシアナト基、ウレイド基、チオシアナト基、メルカプト基、スルファン基また はハロゲン基を有する置換基を意味し、 R1=メチル、エチルまたはA(上記に定義したような)、 y=0または1、 R*、R**、R***およびR****は、互いに独立に1〜8C原子を有するアルキル 基またはアルキル[(ポリ)エチレングリコール]基で置換されている相応する アルキル基であり、 R2、R3およびR4は互いに独立にその都度最大18C原子を有するアルキル基 、アルケニル基、アルキニル基、シクロアルキル基、シクロアルケニル基または 芳香族基または部分フッ素化または過フッ素化されおよび/またはアルキルオキ シ基および/またはアリールオキシ基で置換されているこのような基である]か ら モル比0≦M/Q≦20で 製造された、水が基剤のオルガノポリシロキサン含 有組成物、 II.次のもの: a) ロウおよび/または b) 脂肪酸部分エステルおよび/または c) 脂肪酸および/または d) 界面活性剤 から選択されたケイ素不含成分 を含有することを特徴とし; さらに 水が基剤の冷間コーティング処理剤は0.1〜10重量%の乾燥分割合を有し、 その際、乾燥分に対して、オルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物(成分I)対ケイ 素不含成分IIの重量比は0.05:1〜20:1であることを特徴とする表面 シール中空ガラス容器の製造方法。 2.シランI〜IVの混合物中に、ケイ素原子1個あたり平均して少なくとも 2.4個のアルコキシ基OR*、OR**、OR***ないしはOR****が含有されて いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.水が基剤のオルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物を、一般式I〜IVによる シラン組成物を水と混合し、室温で少なくとも3時間放置することにより製造す ることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.水が基剤のオルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物を、一般式I〜IVによる シラン組成物に、使用され るアルコキシシラン1モルあたり水0.5〜30モルを加え、反応において生じ たアルコールを蒸留により除去することにより製造することを特徴とする請求項 1または2記載の方法。 5.式II〜IVのアルコキシシランおよび式Iの官能性アルコキシシランは 、互いに0≦M/Q≦12の比で存在することを特徴とする請求項1から4まで のいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.式II〜IVのアルコキシシランおよび式Iの官能性アルコキシシランは 、互いに0.02≦M/Q≦7の比で存在することを特徴とする請求項1から5 までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.式II〜IVのアルコキシシランおよび式Iの官能性アルコキシシランは 、互いに0.1≦M/Q≦4の比で存在することを特徴とする請求項1から6ま でのいずれか1項記載の方法。 8.新しく製造した中空ガラス容器の表面が熱間コーティング処理を備えてい ることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 9.ロウを水性分散液として使用することを特徴とする請求項1から8までの いずれか1項記載の方法。 10.使用したコーティング剤が10重量%まで有機補助溶剤を含有すること を特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 11.使用したコーティング剤が0.1〜8重量% の乾燥分割合を有する水性系であることを特徴とする請求項1から10までのい ずれか1項記載の方法。 12.乾燥分割合が0.2〜5重量%であることを特徴とする請求項11記載 の方法。 13.乾燥分割合が0.5〜3重量%であることを特徴とする請求項11記載 の方法。 14.乾燥分に対して、オルガノポリシロキサン含4有組成物I対ケイ素不含 成分IIの重量比が0.05:1〜5:1であることを特徴とする請求項1から 13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 15.重量比が0.1:1〜2:1であることを特徴とする請求項14記載の 方法。 16.オルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物が、コーティング剤中に最大5重量 %まで含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記 載の方法。 17.オルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物が、コーティング剤中に0.03〜 2重量%含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1から16までのいずれか1項 記載の方法。 18.オルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物が、コーティング剤中に0.05〜 1重量%含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1から17までのいずれか1項 記載の方法。 19.オルガノポリシロキサン含有組成物が、コ一 ティング剤中に0.1〜1重量%以下含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1 から18までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 20.付加的に、公知の冷間コーティング処理剤のもう1つの層を設けること を特徴とする請求項1から19までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 21.付加的に、同種のもう1つの層を設けることを特徴とする請求項1から 19までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 22.冷間コーティング処理剤を施与する際のガラス表面の温度が30〜15 0℃の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1から21までのいずれか1項記載 の方法。 23.ガラス表面の温度が70〜110℃の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請 求項22記載の方法。 24.請求項1から23までのいずれか1項により製造した、中空ガラス容器 。
