Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1-(5-ブロモフラン-2-イル)-2-ブロモ-2-ニトロエテンまたはその類縁体 ,同族体もしくは均等化合物,およびさらに水溶性のポリマーを含有する殺微生 物組成物. 2.使用されるポリマーは高分子量のポリエチレングリコールである「請求項 1」記載の殺微生物組成物. 3.使用される高分子量ポリエチレングリコールは好ましくは分子量6,000〜2 0,000である「請求項2」記載の殺微生物組成物. 4.上記ポリエチレングリコールはPEG6000である「請求項3」記載の殺微 生物組成物. 5.培養培地の夾雑物の制御用の滅菌剤として使用される殺微生物組成物. 6.液体および固体培地の夾雑物の制御のために使用される「請求項5」記載 の殺微生物組成物. 7.「インビトロ」栽培植物固体培地の夾雑物の制御のために使用される「請 求項6」記載の殺微生物組成物. 8.「インビトロ」栽培植物の生産過程において,根づけ剤として使用される 「請求項1〜4」のいずれかに記載の殺微生物組成物. 9.固体分散方法を用いる「請求項1」記載の殺微生物組成物の製造方法. 10.組成物は融合による分散によって得る「請求項9」記載の方法. 11.組成物は溶媒を用いる共沈殿によって得る「請求項9」記載の方法. 12.使用する溶媒は極性溶媒である「請求項11」記載の方法. 13.使用する溶媒はとくにエタノール,クロロホルム,メタノールまたはイソ プロピルアルコールである「請求項12」記載の方法. 14.培養培地の夾雑物の制御のための滅菌剤としての1-(5-ブロモフラン-2-イ ル)-2-ブロモ-2-ニトロエテンまたはその類縁体,同族体もしくは均等化合物の 使用. 15.「インビトロ」栽培植物の生産に使用する培養培地中の夾雑物の制御のた めの滅菌剤としての1-(5-ブロモフラン-2-イル)-2-ブロモ-2-ニトロエテンの使 用. 16.「インビトロ」栽培植物の生産に使用する培養培地中の根づけ剤としての 1-(5-ブロモフラン-2-イル)-2-ブロモ-2-ニトロエテンまたはその類縁体,同族 体もしくは均等化合物の使用. 17.滅菌剤として1-(5-ブロモフラン-2-イル)-2-ブロモ-2-ニトロエテンまた はその類縁体,同族体もしくは均等化合物を用いる「インビトロ」栽培植物の生 産に使用する培養培地の滅菌方法. 18.上記滅菌剤は同時に「インビトロ」栽培植物の生産に使用する培養培地中 の根づけ剤としても使用する「請求項17」記載の方法. 19.使用される1-(5-ブロモフラン-2-イル)-2-ブロモ-2-ニトロエテンの至適 用量は30〜45μg/mlである「請求項17および18」のいずれかに記載の方法.
