Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下のもの(重量%で測定): Cr6.0〜6.8%、Co8.0〜10.0%、Mo0.5〜0.7%、W6 .2〜6.6%、Re2.7〜3.2%、Al5.4〜5.8%、Ti0.5〜 0.9%、Ta7.2〜7.8%、Hf0.15〜0.3%、C0.02〜0. 04%、B40〜100ppm、Y0〜400ppm、残分ニッケルおよび不純 物 を含有し、その際、(Ta+1.5Hf+0.5Mo−0.5Ti)/(W+R e1.2)の比が0.7以上である、ニッケルベースの、特に単結晶部品を製造 するための超合金。 2.以下のもの(重量%): Cr6.4〜0.6%、Co9.4〜9.6%、Mo0.6%、W6.4〜6. 6%、Re3.0〜3.2%、Al5.6%、Ti0.6〜0.9%、Ta7. 2〜7.5%、Hf0.15〜0.2%、C0.02〜0.03%、B50〜6 0ppm、残分ニッケルおよび不純物 からなる組成の、請求項1記載のニッケルベールの超合金。 3.Mg15〜50ppmおよび/またはY10〜400ppmが存在する、 請求項1または2記載 のニッケルベースの超合金。 4.以下のもの(重量%で測定): Cr6.0〜0.8%、Co8.0〜10.0%、Mo0.5〜0.7%、W6 .2〜6.6%、Re2.7〜3.2%、Al5.4〜5.8%、Ti0.5〜 0.9%、Ta7.2〜7.8%、Hf0.15〜0.3%、C0.02〜0. 04%、B40〜100ppm、Y0〜400ppm、残分ニッケルおよび不純 物 からなり、その際、(Ta+1.5Hf+0.5Mo−0.5Ti)/(W+R e1.2)の比が0.7以上である、ニッケルベースの超合金の単結晶部品。 5.以下のもの(重量%): Cr6.4〜6.6%、Co9.4〜9.6%、Mo0.6%、W6.4〜6. 6%、Re3.0〜3.2%、Al5.6%、Ti0.6〜0.9%、Ta7. 2〜7.5%、Hf0.15〜0.2%、C0.02〜0.03%、B50〜6 0ppm、残分ニッケルおよび不純物 からなる組成の、請求項3記載のニッケルベールの超合金の単結晶部品。 6.Mg15〜50ppmおよび/またはY10〜400ppmが存在する、 請求項4または5記載のニッケルベースの超合金の単結晶部品。 7.単結晶部品が、ガスタービンの動翼である、請 求項3または4記載のニッケルベースの超合金の単結晶部品。
