Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.親水性表面を有するリソグラフ基板上に感光性インク層を塗布し、インク塗 膜にディジタルレーザー手段によって画像形成し、次いで基板上に水性被覆した 湿潤ローラーを作用させて、インク塗膜の未露光領域を除去し、基板の親水性表 面を露出させ、露光後親油性となるインクからなる画像を残すことを含む印刷版 の製造方法。 2.湿潤ローラーがリソグラフフォント(fount)溶液で被覆されている請求項 1に記載の方法。 3.リソグラフ基板が、陽極酸化されたアルミニウム、クロムまたは好適な処理 を施されたプラスチック材料である請求項1に記載の方法。 4.リソグラフ基板が印刷機(printin gpress)にぴったりはまるスリーブまたは シリンダーである請求項1に記載の方法。 5.請求項1に記載された方法を印刷機中でその場で行う請求項1に記載の方法 。 6.レーザーが600nm以上の光線を放射する請求項1に記載の方法。 7.インクが赤外線、紫外線または可視光線に感光する請求項1に記載の方法。 8.インクが光線吸収性化合物を含む請求項7に記載の方法。 9.光線吸収性化合物が600nm以上の光線を吸収する請求項8に記載の方法 。 10.光線吸収性化合物が染料または顔料から選ばれる請求項9に記載の方法。 11.顔料がフタロシアニン顔料である請求項10に記載の方法。 12.染料がスクアリリウム、メロシアニン、シアニン、インドリジン、ピリリ ウムまたは金属ジチオリンからなる群のひとつから選ばれる請求項10に記載の 方法。 13.インクが光線吸収性化合物としてカーボンブラックを含む請求項8に記載 の方法。 14.インクが赤外吸収性染料をも含む請求項13に記載の方法。 15.インクが感光性樹脂を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 16.感光性樹脂が露光により硬化または架橋する請求項15に記載の方法。 17.樹脂がアクリレート樹脂から選ばれる請求項16に記載の方法。 18.インクが重合開始剤を含む請求項16に記載の方法。 19.重合開始剤が適切な光線に露光することにより光分解する請求項18に記 載の方法。 20.光開始剤が適切な光線に露光することにより熱分解する請求項18に記載 の方法。
