Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.従動機構(4)と、通常前記の機構に動作制御を与える第1回転動作部材( 1、3)と、可変比エピサイクリック型(52)の連続可変比トランスミッショ ン(「CVT」)を備え、CVTの要素と第1動作部材との間に第1接続点(3 4)があり、CVTの要素と従動機構との間に第2接続点(20)がある位置決 めサーボ・システムであって、CVTが、動作部材とは分離した原動機(10) から回転入力(28〜30)を受け、CVTが第1動作部材と同軸に配置されて おり、実質的な駆動力の印加を示す、従動機構の位置と第1動作部材の位置との 間の誤差によりCVTからパワー出力が発生して、その誤差を減少させるように 従動機構にトルクを加えることを特徴とするシステム。 2.従動機構が舵取り機構であり、システムがパワー・ステアリング型の位置決 めサーボ・システムを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。 3.CVTの出力が、第1の回転駆動部材と同軸の第2回転駆動部材(20)を 介して従動機構に加えられる、請求項1または請求項2に記載のシステム。 4.第1および第2動作部材がそれぞれ中心シャフトおよびそれを取り巻く管を 備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。 5.従動機構がラック、ウォームなどの形をしており、第1動作部材と第2動作 部材が共に協働するピニオン、歯車などを駆動する、前記請求項のいずれかに記 載のシステム。 6.CVTのバリエータ、すなわち比を変化させる要素が、環状レース回転牽引 型のものである、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。 7.CVTがまた、遊星歯車装置(6)をも含む、請求項6に記載のシステム。 8.遊星歯車装置が太陽歯車および遊星キャリア・ギアの間の回転方向を逆転さ せるための二重遊星歯車を含む、請求項7に記載のシステム。 9.第1動作部材と環状レースCVTとの間の第1接続がローラ・キャリッジ( 33)により、それによって従動機構が活動化された時にローラの向きを変え、 したがって変速比を変える働きをする、請求項6、請求項7、または請求項8に 記載のシステム。 10.CVTと従動機構との間の第2の接続が、ローラが受けるトルク反動に応 答する部材を介する、請求項9に記載のシステム。 11.CVTが従動機構に加えることのできるトルクを制限する装置(21)を 含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。 12.トルク制限装置が、滑動クラッチ、ブレーキなどの形をしている、請求項 11に記載のシステム。 13.遊星歯車装置の第1要素が環状レースCVTのディスク側面の1つに連結 され、第2要素がディスクの他方の側面に、かつ駆動モータにも取り付けられ、 第3要素がトルク制限装置を介して固定した反動部材に取り付けられている、請 求項7の制限を含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。 14.遊星歯車装置の第1、第2、および第3要素がそれぞれ太陽歯車、遊星キ ャリア・ギア、および環である、請求項13に記載のシステム。 15.CVTが回転を停止した場合に、CVTの要素と従動機構との間の第2の 接続を遮断する手段(50)を含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。 16.動作部材が通常の操作制御に従わない場合に、動作部材が従動機構の位置 に応答するように、駆動がシステム中を逆方向に通過することを可能にする、単 方向装置(51)を含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。 17.複数のローラが牽引力を環状入力ディスクと出力ディスクを分離する共通 の空洞を横断して伝達し、第2の接続が、この各ローラのキャリッジと従動機構 に連結する力伝達リンク(59、61、62)を備えており、それらのリンクが それぞれ、すべてのローラによって等しい力が従動機構にかかる平衡位置を求め ることの可能な、可動力等化部材(52)への旋回接続点(64)を含む、請求 項6の制限を含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。 18.力等化機構が第1動作部材のまわりに名目上同心に設置されているが、同 心状態から逸脱して動いて前記平衡位置に達することができる、請求項17に記 載のシステム。 19.動作部材への第1接続と従動機構への第2接続が共にCVTのローラ・キ ャリッジによって行われ、それらのキャリッジが第1および第2の部分と、それ らの間にある関節式接合部(55)を備えており、第1および第2の接続がそれ ぞれ、各キャリッジの第1部分および第2部分によって行われる、請求項6の制 限を含む、請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載のシステム。 20.従動機構が、動力式巻揚機のドラム、旋回クレーンの運転席、マシニング ・ヘッドの回転塔、または他のいずれかの手動またはほかの軽動力式の入力部材 と、その後に続く同心であるがより大きな回転出力部材を備える、請求項1に記 載のシステム。 21.前記請求項のいずれかに記載の位置サーボ・システムを含む自動車または その他の装置。
